Very bad and poor service. Very disappointed. Its been more than a 3 weeks and they cannot do a simple KYC verification. Simply giving excuses everyday.

Poor customer service.Went to open an account. Visited the branch three times but Ms. Shreya was only trying to show interest without actual mean. Mrs. Susmita Das told her to send me the required details via by email.....Till this date nothing.....Pathetic..... Service....If you can give me an email ID, will reach out to u and do explain me as to why a person who wanted to open an nre account had been totally ignored despite taking down my email ID by Ms. Shreya Chatterje....
