Location wise good ... friendly staff. Size wise its little bit small compared to government banks. Only 1 counter for deposit and withdrawl.

Very bad sevice and their employees are bunch of liars..When they come to you for opening an account they promise of a personal loan and many other benefit of the account..but after they get you as theirs customer their behaviour changes and suddenly become very very rude and unprofessional with you and change their colours ..and what they promised become a big false promise and top of that big bad behaviour of Rakesh Mondal and Reshmi kochchar ..their employees of ballygunge bandhan bank branch..Never go for this bank and particularly this branch in ballygunge..Very bad experience..
