This worst bank I ever visit. I tried to open salary account. Through miscommunication they opened a digital account. So, i went to this branch and submitted all KYC. BUT after 10days also there is no update. So, seco d time i visit to close the account and that time I came to know that they donot know where they kept my kyc document. So, I urge to close the account. One lady singed me the closing form and assure it will close within 3-4 days. I ask for acknowledgement slip. But she replied it will not require.Till now 8 days passed it is not closed. I am sure that again they misplaced the closing form.Everytime in this emergency situation not possible to visit again and again for a job only.Worst service... How they running a renouned bank with this category of staff?

They carry out there lunch hours beyond 3:30pm...such a disgusting bank.closes down before 4:30pm
