I had horrible bad exprience in a trip to Tajpur where in a compact trp of 03 days, on the way bus got under breakdown, our 02 days program bundled , 3rd day the bus arrived to drop us back to kolkata.....extra money charged & taken by redbus, damaged our tour summararily, no compensation offered, red bus has no controls over their bus suppliers or tour operators.....Think twice before booking ticket in Red bus, lot of hidden cost ....luring customers with token discounts & later charging double of discount money including other hidden cost..........SO MANY ANAMOLIES...pl spread this message to all to stop cheating by REDBUS..............HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE........😂😉😆🤢🤢😜

Red bus is a tour and travelling agency .It gives nice facilities to the passengers.It chooses the high ranked agencies and the buses are safe to travel.

Not safety in Kolkata to sambalpur rute by Mahendra bus..In night Exgender enter in bus and collect mone from passanger...What us is???????

Very poor service. No coordination with the team. Even after online booking the driver and conductor denied me to get board on the bus. After argument for long time they provided me the seat which was not as per my booking. Behavior of driver and bus conductor is really pathetic and will ask everyone not to book any tickets through redbus online booking. This was my yesterdays experience while traveling from Berhampore to Kolkata.

Hi Gentleman kindly avoid Red bus booking they are doing cheat we are like merchandiser monthly giving morethan 100 passenger if they are changing any policy must inform us through mail , yesterday we are booked 3 tickets due to local circumstances 2 passenger is not able to travel so I am called to Red bus representative and requested to cancel 2 tickets but he is telling money will no refund why not refund within month of July I am 21 tickets booked 1 cancelled I am received refund amount 100 deducted if they are change any policy must inform or Booking must show this booking is non refundable my all over experience is Red bus is doing cheating in lockdown.

I love this app. It is very helpful and easy to use.You can search for all the destinations you want. The date, start time, end time, choice of seat, price everything is given precisely and the payment is made online without any trouble.Ive had great experience on my travels and the credit goes to RedBus.

Worst Service. They dont have complete operator information. They does not take any responsibility. You will not receive an answer (Not resolution) for a call without putting you on hold for 30 mins. And for resolution, Forget it, you will never find it with them. Very very very worst experience. I wish I give zero stars for them.

Wrost app, they cancelled ticket without giving any reason. They cancelled the ticket before 10 hours of jurny. Also there didnt have any kind of customer service. Dont use this app....

Never use there services. Money is debiting from the account but not getting tickets booked, when we call customer care service they say we have not received the payment this an issue with the bank. It happened with me Twice. Secondly when I ask to transfer the line to manager, consultant telling me he is busy in the meeting and keeping me on hold for more the 4-5 mins and manager is not available. This is 5 time I am facing problems with redbus customer care my issues are never resolved. Please never use there services. Due to them I missed my bus as no tickets available. 0 star

The most horrible travel experience in my lifetime with Anadi Travels. I had boarded the bus from Esplanade on 14th Oct, Sunday at 7:30pm for Siliguri, the Bus departed at 8:00 pm, 30 minutes late. It was supposed to give first halt at Krishnanagar which they did not give rather didnt bother to inform us. They did not bother to give bio break to fellow lady passengers. We had to ask them to stop they said will see if there us any place, around 1am they stopped at local Dhaba where we had our Dinner. The Bus was driven by the cleaner because driver was drunk. So called AC luxury bus but they were repeatedly switching off the AC. Bus staffs were inhuman ill mannered and unprofessional. They had not taken the actual route to Siliguri and also they had no clue which route the Bus was going. Actual time to reach Siliguri was 8:30 am but we were at Dal khola at 2:00 pm. I was bound to get down from the Bus after complaining to the owner. Never ever opt for this Travels since they are unprofessional and they do not know how to handle customers. I had a very bitter experience over 17 hours in a non AC bus with no proper food because they had not given proper halts. I would request Red Bus to look into it and save passengers from this painful travels. Its my message to all, never ever travel by Anadi Travels.

Pathetic service , you do not have an option of an alternate arrangement by the service provider if your booked bus is cancelled or not operating on the date. Customer service talk to you as if they are doing a favour of refunding the money on the cancellation and providing you with no other option but with full tension in your mind of making your own alternate arrangement. Not accepted at all. Will never in life book through this site , rather its better to approach the bus operator and book. PNR ZQ9DSAZ

We a group of 8 including children is travelling ....a very bitter experience and unprofessional behaviour....the seat arrangements r very poor.....the snehamita Paribahan bus 5199(jackson)is very worst....the conductor is ill mannered......please never dare to travel......its best to travel n other services.....I suggest
