A very good salon which comes with good grooming services and a lovely ambience. The staff is good and friendly. They are suggestive but not forceful. Wide range of services are available.The place is clean and gives a relaxing atmosphere. Music is nice. Hygiene is well maintained so the place is safe.Weekends are crowded.

How poor the management could be. I came for Keratine treatment at 330 pm... after having the application once I was waiting for drying my hair the electricity was cut off. Imagine just my condition..I have two kids at home and I am wondering when the current will be back then I will finish my treatment and go back home. After 45 mins the current came back but not sure it will stay or I could complete mine one. Very frustrating service. Not expected.

Absolute worse. They almost burnt me during a hair wash.My mother used to go to this parlour regularly. She has short hair. They did an awful cut and when asked to make some changes, they blatantly and very rudely said - this is the best we can do, if u dont like dont come here.Very rude and incompetent staff. Please save yourself. Go anywhere but not here.

Its a competent salon. I think particularly for short hair, hair cutting is a challenge. They have hairdressers here who do it rather well. Facial and other services are also delivered efficiently. But sometimes, particularly during peak season like the Pujas, I suspect they overcharge. And thats really unfair as they are already quite expensive! But in terms of service, they are good.

The face massage was really very good and done professionally. Feel nice after completion

I heard a lot about JH saloon. Expensive. However, I decided to give a try and they did my hair very well. Just what I wanted my looks to be. After that, I didnt even hesitate to pay the sum.If you want a good premium look, Id definitely recommend this saloon.

I went there for smoothening....but they did it a mess...i doubt whether they have any knowledge about procedure depending on hair types....my scalp looking like there is no hair...i regret myself going there....total waste of everything.....

Yesterday i have been to thatt place for my hair cutting they have did ok but lady stuff threading my eyebrows and forhead done so badly my forhead has three fore cut marks has come not expertise at all not expect this type of service because their charge is so high

They are not sure about the services and the rates. They charge different rates at different times. The staff is well behaved but they need more expertise.

Went there for a detan package ,the beautician insisited on a detan plus facial pack which costed me Rs 2000.They didnt clean whiteheads and the mask which they put on resulted in burning sensation in my eyes.My eyes have become teary and red in colour.A overtly expensive and useless experience.I wouldnt recommend.

I am disappointed with the service. They have asked extra money which is not included in their catalog itself . Hair treatment in the catalog is 1200 , though they have asked extra 200 (do not know why ) excluded GST. While asking the reason behind the extra money they have started giving fluctuating answer .These people are basically spoiling the brand.Only thing they are pushing to buy costly product . .Would not recommended at all. Very disappointed i would say.
