I really liked the idea and the lamp color was remote controlled, so I bought it. It turned out to be a really great purchase. Everyone loved the looks and idea of the gift. The remote options are also pretty good. Overall, one can easily go for it. I am giving 4 stars because there is a minor issue where it would sometimes automatically turn on without remote. It also happens sometimes when globe is moved even by negligible amount. I think it has something to do with charging wire connection. Please fix it. It gets irritating at times.

Hi I had ordered for a personalized photo collage for the occassion of my sisters birthday . While the product was good & well made, the product was delivered 3 days in advance inspite of my instructions to deliver nearer to her birthday. Also a last minute addition of a quote was negated citing the product has gone for production . Given the delayed delivery requested I feel the production could also have been delayed & the change accomodated.While at Presto you deal with customized gifts you should also realize the sentiments & emotions involved with customers when they send the gifts. Delivering a birthday gift 5 days before the birthday takes away a major part of the fun & surprise element which is equally important as the quality of the product. I do understand planning a delivery on a particular day is often risky due to unforseen circumstances but in my case I had kept a buffer of 2 days in consultation with Presto representative. Still the instruction was ignored & gift got delivered too early. Its also often a challenge speaking to your representative in the nos given as no one takes the calls

This is the second time i bought something from presto. They have always amazed me by their product. I would love to give them 5 Star but i am giving them 4 because of Two reason ; one : they didn’t edit the picture. I don’t know whether they do that or not but I requested them and they denied. And second : the product didn’t delivered on time though i paid for on-date shipment charge. That’s it. No complaint with the product.

It was a great experience ordering online from Presto. They sent me a copy of the final design and sent me over email and Whatsapp. Thats when I realised that I had made a mistake in the message that I wanted to get printed on my gift. I contacted them over Whatsapp and phone. They listened patiently, confirmed the change required and made the changes on the order immediately. They sent the modified design again for confirmation. All this happened within a few hours of the morning after I ordered late at night. All this didnt affect the delivery timeline at all. The gifts arrived well packed and well ahead of time exactly the way I wanted them. The colours on the print are vibrant and really attractive.

Very bad experience of buying. My money is stuck they are not giving the refund . It almost 20 days have not received the product not as promised by them 1 business days.Never going to buy from them. 3 times are parcel is being transferred from Kolkata-mumbai_kolkata-Mumbai when it is supposed to go to Jharkhand . Over 16 days I have informed that pin code is wrong still they have not rectified and asking me to wait for them to receive the parcel .mid crona virus scare multiple handing of parcel by multiple people who would like to take the risk.
