This is the worst branch ever, I tried to open an online salary account as directed by my company and one of their executives called me up and insisted me to open a savings account other than a salary account. He also mentioned that in this lock down situation I have to travel all the way from parnasree to behala, where there is no transportation available otherwise they will not proceed with my KYC, and if I open a savings account, somebody from the Branch will visit my place and do the KYC. To all the customers who are facing such problems they should rather complain about their problems to Banking Ombudsman, only then they will understand that they are getting paid from the customers money only.
I have never had such an awful experience at any of the HDFC branch till date - inadequately informed and misleading consultancy; I am made to wait 2.5 hours to undergo every documentation for gift cards - just to come up with a verdict that it is not possible to issue from branch under some unexplained pretext.Having agreed to go for the online option, which promises 7 days delivery - I am waiting from 27.02.2021 till date to track where my gift cards worth 20,000 is!!

My long association with your bank offered my the status of Imperia Customer as per your mail , that I received last year. This entails me certain privileges such as for trivial business I am supposed to served at my residence. But to my utter dismay I find no Relationship Manager to contact and your customer care helpline is of no help. Such a bad behavior from the bank staff dont know how to behave with customers. Should take some education regarding customer service and customer relationship.The security guard is well mannered than the staffs out there. Cant expect such a cheap behaviour from a reputed bank like HDFC.Not sure about other branches. Prefer not to visit the behala manton branch.

Went to the bank just for getting some information. The lady at the welcome desk is very inattentive and makes the customer wait for a long time, does some work and does not follow people in the queue. Very bad service by someone at the welcome desk.
Worst service ever, bank representative are least bother to pick up the customers call after repeated calling , online transaction are slowest and takes at least 15 days from the day of transaction to reflect your Savings account statement....
The worst bank and branch together. The manager is CEO of HDFC bank and security is the manager over here... Very poor service of the beautiful ladies working there.
