DO NOT BOOK FLAT WITH THEM!Absolutely fraud people.First they would paint a very good picture but reality is very dull and bad. They DO NOT handover the project even after taking 100% payment and you are left paying EMI. Many of their projects like 16 Aana , CHowrastar Jamindari have cases going on and handover is being delayed for years! I booked a flat myself at Rajotto which got delayed and then I cancelled it to book another flat at Basanta but even after many failed delivery dates it has not been delivered yet. The handover date gets delayed and delayed without any prior intimidation and reasons. We are frustrated with this builders.They will show you model flats in Curiocity and Hijibiji but what you get is cheap quality finishing in your project. For everything there are hidden charges like grills, AC point, Washing machine point even for basins. These are revealed at the time of registration and a hefty amount is charged. Their front desk team and sales team keeps on lying constantly. All failed commitments! Their employees are forced to write these google reviews in Facebook as well. Good to not invest with them. if you want to buy, then buy at your own risk.

Very competitive, budget friendly & quality maintained residential complex developer I must say. Architecture of all projects are very professionally done & as per vastu also. Buyers should visit the ongoing projects to compare with other developers.

Be very careful before booking your flat. Take time and do multiple verification of the society litigations before buying. Most of the new societies are having critical litigation and handover is pending. In our society, even after 5 years, the transformer has not been installed with multiple false commitments.Only positive thing is that flats are value for money and external architecture is good.

There is no water in Maya Complex. Realtech Nirman takes regular Maintenance amount from the residents. The water pumps are not functioning. This is a recurring problem. Not being resolved since ages. All blocks have separate tanks. There are only 2 malfunctioning pumps that fill the block tanks one after the other. So the people in blocks which are filled last wait for ages to get water. The Quality problem is a separate issue. Walls are built of sand majorly and the walls are all damp. Please dont do business with Realtech Nirman. It sucks!

Realtech Nirman have come up with handful of very interesting project in Rajarhat Newtown area. Not only are the projects located at proper places, with good communication, but most importantly affordable and adjustable(which means one can sit with the architect and have his choice out of offered options of plan of the same flat). The flats look good and spaceous. One of the biggest assets of Realtech Nirman is the host of personnels guiding you to your choice. I have been in touch with their Chaitali Kundu, and the service I got was not only professional, unbiased, but absolutely meticulous to say the least. Owing to the pandemic situation, whenever I required, she literally went taking videos, giving virtual tours( even under an umbrella) in pouring rain. Those of you who are waiting for the pandemic to be over, dont. Jump in. And do check Realtech Nirman out. They have very interesting choices offered for properties that stand in peime locations. All incomplete properties in New Town area.Sales team shows a rosy picture and creates artificial scarcity. Bunch of liars.Dont fall into the trap.
