This company comprises of a bunch of people those who have no value of words.Read documents carefully law team sucks here. Think and invest.

I have purchased a flat in their project named Allure. When I visited the project for the first time their Sales person Pratyush Mukherjee attended us for the first time and he told us that they only have covered mechanical parkings to sell to which we were not satisfied and we were not willing to buy our flat to which he convinced us by saying that he will give us normal covered parking and he also boasted us that they dont have any open car parkings as HIRA doesnt have the provision for it and when we have taken the position I see that they have sold 7 open car parkings and a lot of normal covered parkings like us to other owners which is strange and a proof of such an unethical behavior of the builder and the sales person that they dont disclose you the sanction plan openly and correctly and they later on change the plan as per their wish without any intimation. I am not at all satisfied with the purchase as the quality of construction is very poor, terrible water quality. B very careful before getting into any deals with them as we also got to know during registery that they have a litigation pending which they dint disclose us during agreement/flat booking.

We had booked a flat at Primarc project named Aura@Mankundu, after 1 year of agreement, I received a phone call stating that plan of the flat has been changed. Upon seeing the revised plan I found that it was fully changed increasing the number of flats per floor to 8 from 6, reducing common and open spaces which is completely unacceptable.They are simply cheating people in the name of their business.

How can do they build up such big projects. Such a low quality poor construction, one can expect better from a local promoter.You dont even imagine the quality of the builder.
