This company cheats by giving less area, fake sanction plan, fake occupancy certificate and low quality materials. These devils sell garage space without demarcation and documentation, even one garage space to many customers. They make Sale Deed with incorrigible mistakes and adding detrimental clauses to the customers. Their business is looting peoples hard earned money. Be warned to stay away from these cheats. They have made many peoples lives miserable. They are dangerous for the society.

I visited their property in Barasat (Nakshatra), and found it a real surprising package. The residential community is probably the biggest in that region as I was searching in other properties, and found things very suitable for budget as well as my desired amenities.The sales people were down to earth, and explained me everything without being pushy.

Magnolia is a group who would never keep its promises. While booking, they will promise you the earth but in reality, they will never deliver those. Quality of materials used is terribly bad and once you book a flat, you invite trouble for the rest of your life. You will neither be able to stay nor be able to sell and move out.

Dont believe On Magnolia Reality.... they cheat people, absolutely unfair means of business, they assured to handed over the Empire Project at Madhyamgram in Dec, 2020, but still no sign of any construction works.... I have lodged a complaint against the company to the WB Consumer Forum....

Dont loose your hard earned money by investing in the projects of this builder. Most of their projects are of very poor quality. Moreover, they will never provide all the things they commit or advertise. Anyhow they will force you to handover the flat and will vacate the site without completing/installing the facilities they promised. We the owners having flats at their projects now regretting a lot after investing. Buildings are getting cracked within a year of handover. They have not handed over car parking space even after two years of hand over of flats. They will trap you by imposing a very high maintenance charge like 2.5 rupees per squarefeet against a promised rate of Rs. 1.5. They have not provided the required quantity of DG set for power backup, as they promised and residents are now suffering after relocating into their projects. Even they have taken advance for electric meter installation but not provided yet, after two years of flat handover. The list is too long and you will just be embarrassed, once you enter in the trap. Residents of their projects have also lodged complaint to consumer court for justice. Dont believe their words. Just visit one of their completed projects like Magnolia Prestige at Rajarhat or Magnolia City at Barasat and talk to the residents, you will be clear about your doubts.

They will reappear after 6 or 8 months time5) live electric wires lying open6) no proper demarcation of garages done till date7) vitrified tiles not provided aa mentioned in the brochure8) modular switches not provided as mentioned in the brochure9) broken tiles provided, electric boards fittings are all tilted10) joggers track not done11) club house not provided12) floating deck not provided13) electric connection not provided even after 2 years14) water logging happens inside the premises right after a rainfall15) within 1 year of the construction, a section of the Boundary wall collapsed. The builder had to rebuild it againPlease consider before investing in any of their projects

Very bad attitude of the builder they promised lots of things, never expecte any thing will be on time. Even they are not able to provide your parking allocation after one year of your possession.They will charge you very high rate of maintenance, which is unparallel to any builder. Build quality is worst.
