We were shown the 3D designs of their previous projects based on our budget.It was remarkable that most of their projects were amazing and it was getting hard for us to decide. But as they talked to us, it was eventually the team who helped us decide the design based on our preferences and space.After signing the contract and finalizing all the details, costing and timing, the work began. The process in which the team worked was extremely smooth and professional. They began their work with the false ceiling and gradually moved to other parts spaces.They promised us the best quality design and materials and after 1 year of completion, I can vouch for the fact that they executed every bit of their promises and gave me the home of my dreams.From the best materials to a wonderful finishing, we loved working with team Itzin and look forward to working with them again in future. It has been a pleasure getting them onboard for my new work-space. All thanks to COVID 19, a lot has changed at the work front and I wanted a complete renovation at my office, ensuring safety and distancing. They showed me the initial designs and upon budget confirmation, the work began. It took nearly 1.5 months to complete my workspace. I was so happy with the outcome that I went ahead and asked them to incorporate a home office in my living room and they did a wonderful job there too. Thoroughly professional and a stickler for quality products, they are definitely recommended if you are up for quality home interiors.

Worked diligently for first 30 days and then started delaying. Sporadic work all over and claimed it was done to buy time.Initial Designs - Really good.Contract - Vague terms that do not include minute details which was brought up later on by their team.Time commitment - Very bad. Project to be completed in Dec 2019, was never finished till Mid Sep 2020. Zero commitment for timeline.Finishing - This is where they lacked primarily. Carpentry finishing was really bad and at the end of 13th month it was incomplete at best. False ceiling was good. Removed complete plumbing for washing machine and did not fix even after repetitive requests.Quality of materials - Used cheapest quality of electrical wires (check pics). Materials such as laminations, woods were according to spec.Having started the work in Aug 2019, they had ~95% money by Dec 2019 and kept giving new dates with rolling 2 weeks timeline.
