Spread across 7 towers, the residential project will have 980 air-conditioned, 2 and 3 BHK apartments. The eco-park is just 8 KM away, while the airport is only a 12 KM drive. The project will have all the modern amenities, including a banquet hall with a rooftop garden, cricket field, indoor games room and a high-end club.

Very very disappointing to experience that developer of Ideal Aquaview are in such financial crisis.Though I got possession after a lot of push, but these buildings are NON ACs , not fit for living as can be seen. They are banking on external parties to do interior works (another Rs.30-65 lacs depending on one’s need) to make it liveable OR buy time to complete the remaining. Not sure if there will be any end user of huge H2O club when basic apartments are not ready.I am gathering information of affected buyers who would be interested in moving Consumer court. As such this project has got no future.

From the location point of view, Ideal Aqua View is an ideal escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. This property is pretty well connected to schools, colleges, hospitals and offices. 2013- 14 Project kick started, 2017 was suppose to handover, 2021 ..no end of Delay . Some people have rightly put on reviews, what was shown , what was promised , its totally different in reality. At the end Consumers are Suffering .Once you have signed or paid for the Flat, the Ideal staff are behaving as if it was our mistake to go with buying this Pillar of Distrust Product.

We have booked a flat on 2017. Possession date was on October 2018. Now this is march, 2021. No chance of getting the flat ready by this puja even.

This project was under my list in 2016. I think I had made the right decision not to purchase here as it seems this project has turned into financial crisis looking at the current status, brokers feedback and reviews. Recommend to avoid purchasing new or resale at this point till it is handed over to original buyers.

The developer is in massive debt crisis. Everyone in the real estate business know this. The developer has not left any money to complete the project and process is going too slow and too out of the money of any new flat being sold. very poor performance and reputation of ideal in the market now a days. one should stay away from such fraud developer.

The location is good and flyover is coming up, construction is full suing but delayed project, seems it will be good project ..nearby two projects are completed and comparatively price is high.

After four years of launch, this project is delayed by at least two years or more. Anyone who has taken loan to buy an apartment here will suffer badly.To add to it, the quality of construction seems to be poor as well as cheap looking materials- Building doesnt look anything like whats shown in brochure- Very poor looking tiles used in kitchen and bathrooms- Cheap iron railing in balcony. Glitzy glass and steel railing in the brochure is nowhere to be seen in reality. Size of the balcony is also reported as smaller.- Less number of air-conditioners fitted than advertised. Very beautiful place

I booked the flat in 2014 and paid all demand in time except final payment required at the time of possession. i was assured that flat will be handed over in 2017 but till date it is unknown whether we will be given possession or our children will take the possession on our behalf. The builder never given a mail or letter the reasons of late or progress of the building. God knows when we will get or not. we have wasted our hard earned money.

They are serial defaulter. Drafted the agreement in their favour - so that for this delay customer has to absorb all the losses and they don’t need to compensate .All other surrounding properties are growing in much fast speed.For new customers - the only thing they need to ask the builder that when they are going to handover Phase1 to these helpless customers who trusted the “IDEAL Pillars” and invested hard earned money and now feeling repented. Every time they say something and surely what they say won’t happen !Will surely repost if they honour our sentiment and handover at the earliest .

Commitments not kept. Launched in 2013. Handover in 2017. Grace period in 2018. Come 2019, handover is still eluding.Project details modified to cut cost by developers. Other projects nearby launched later have given possession before Aquaview.

Its been a painful journey for many. Ideal started booking Aqua View with attractive brochures back in 2013. Promised hand over of apartments in 3 years. Payments were collected on a time based schedule, regardless of construction status.Fast forward 2019 and see for yourself the status of the project below. Many are stuck with hefty loans and EMIs with no possession in sight. Add to that boxy design of the building which is quite different than what was shown and sold . If this is not cheating families then I dont know what is. Ideally stay away.

Booked on jan 2013, imagine the no of years it has been. Already running late for more than 2 years from the commited date and whats astonishing is that there seems to be no ray of hope. All date which has been given are failing . This was not expected from large group like ideal PILLARS OF TRUST is breaking down.

Already paid 90% of the amount and currently paying the home loan emi,s which are huge.. on top of that under construction emi don’t get IT Benefits so its total loss for me... its frustrating and pathetic.. seems like we got cheated..shouldn’t have invested in this project or the builder group.. not trustworthy...

I have booked a flat in E Block in December 2013. My mails to ideal aquaview remain unanswered till date regarding possession dates. Extremely Unprofessional of Ideal Group. There are already so many Bad Reviews. Now looks like, I should have booked in Panache. Regretting my decision.

I am taking 2 stars off as they are not able to hand over my apartment which I booked in 2013. I cannot believe that they would take 5 years to build this. At the time of booking, they committed to 3 years. The location is nice but unless the proposed flyover to EM Bypass and a new bridge instead of Lohar Pool connecting SE Arterial Rd. comes up, the existing road will not be able to hold up traffic from this complex and the 2 others from PS Panache and the other in the same vicinity.Update - Sep 2019: It is now 6 years since I booked my flat. Taking another star off hence. I am unsure what the company thinks about us. This matter should be taken in the consumer forum.

This is the worst investment Ive ever made. Not only is this project several years delayed without any valid reason (except they are funneling the money invested to fund other projects), but the construction quality is absolutely terrible. In the brochures, they promised high-end finishes and lovely designs, but when it came to delivery, they were a complete fail. Consumer complaints were totally ignored and they went to extreme lengths to cut corners. Be prepared to lose a lot of money if you decide to buy here.The pictures speak for themselves. This is a model apartment.

I should have bought in Panache , They already sent email to the buyer that possession is ready and quality of the project is superb .but i am not getting any fool buyer to sell my Ideal Flat .I am really regretting on my decision .

Huge tower structures coming up in New Town. It is a separate property set aside behind New Town and Sec V, right after the lakes. The views are amazing from the towers, as can be imagined for the time being. It has a cricket field inside the complex.

Huge delay. Does not comply with RERA. No penalty clause mentioned in the agreement. This is an example why no one trusts real estate developers and for the same reason market is down in Kolkata. No transparency of IDEAL dealing with Customers. No communication is made during last 2 years. It is a kind of cheating. Blocked huge amount for the last 3-4 years. Paying interest to bank. Practically no work is going on. 6 months back started painting. Stopped painting after a small patch. South is now blocked due to other building which came up after we booked. Totally failure in terms of timely delivery. No possibility of hand over within a few months.Regarding flyover connection to Ma bridge, it is a myth.The locality is not good, full of Jhupri, small shops and canal.

They are taking way too long to deliver. I booked in 2013. Its just not acceptable from any reputed company. They give handover dates which they cannot adhere to. I am very concerned about the delay now. Hence lowered the rating.

Cheaper considering quality, design, facilities, quantity but it is true that this project is delayed by 1 yr.We have to appreciate for their commitment of quality ..

But can just hope that the delay and seeeming plan altercations do not make the dream turn nightmare.. can just hope and wait for completion.. not sure how long to wait... Yes true that we are losing on money due to loan.. paid 90% to ideal already and till we get coc we can not get tax benefit....

I visited the site a week ago upto the 15th floor as well on their model flatI think I concur that the project is delayed. No doubt about it. Things could be faster-Finishing of the floor etc is par (it’s not excellent but it’s also not very bad). color of the bathroom tiles and floor could have been better-disappointed to see AC not being concealed. That is a let offBut if we leave these aspects the product should be good compared to the view and the location. If we compare PS panache its rate already at 6000+ Base rate for a better product (no doubt that the PS finishing etc is great) but for less than the difference we can always get some rework done at Aquaview which can make the place better and that too of our choice of color n materials (after getting possession)- as far as customer service etc I think people should try to visit the site to get an update. But yes they should respond a little quicker (that’s standard of every place in India...follow ups follow ups :)- you can’t beat the location though, View etc especially and the convinience of literally 1.5 kms walk to sector V and that too along the breadthtaking waterbodies. No pollution etc- even after possession (which they say for A,C and one more tower) by end of 2018 it will take 1 yr to be really inhabitable

Its a time bound project. I had to pay 7 percent of the flat cost every 110 days and i have already paid 90 percent to the builder last year. the project is delayed by 2 year. if we pay single day late builder charges interest. this is totally not acceptable. we consumers are always at a loss.

Ideal is a big cheater. They diverted hard earned money of home buyers that results in huge delay for the project and also bad quality building material. I purchased 3 BHK in Block C during 2014 with their promised delivery date June 2017. Already huge delay and I am losing big as I have home loan. Dont buy any Ideal project.

Land mark residential project from Ideal Real Estate Oct. Ltd., Kolkata. Draw-back is that not reaching the time span as per proposed dead line.

So many high-rise buildings, blocking air and sun for many of the flats. Further, access to the locality is not at all convenient without a personal car.
