Went to see some flats. Well maintained society

Highland willows is situated in a remote and peaceful place away from traffic and in the lap of nature. Though its a bit remote area but still recommend for families. It has Many facilities in house.

Nice place to stay, however dearth of public conveyance and expenses utility bills for example electricity tariff. The surrounding is very spread out with lots of parks and recreational arena like ECO park, ECO Urban Village in the vicinity.

Nice place and location. Here many more society. But in this society, it have total three towers. I like the society and theres flats. This soceity maintain highly security teams. But very big problem is communication. No public transport.

Perfect place to stay....Only problem is public transportation....if you dont have a personal car you will face problems....It is divided into premium and high income group apartments and facilities like community Hall, Swimming pool, tennis court, gym, childrens park all are available....

Rude security guards who think they own the apartments. The board members enable these hooligans.

Lots of greenaries. Lots of open area. Costly apartments. Very few shops.

Location is little bit outskirt. Finishing and quality of doors, windows etc.are average. A small swimming pool, no playground, badminton court etc. A gymnasium and club house is there. Security is good. Flats are one side opened though airy due to locality which is yet to be developed.

Nice housing complex with a peaceful locality and good Interiors. Well organized. Availability of day to day items could be a challenge as you dont have enough shops around. You may have to drive to avail few services but over the years nothing remains vacant and the locality will develop for sure.

Good property

¬Very well developed and maintained overall.¬The flats are really well built and well designed. ¬Security is tight and very well behaved. ¬Surveillance cameras are present to track suspicious activities.¬Great parking area, underground.¬Gardens are well maintained.¬Swimming Pool, Gym and Yoga Area are well staffed, well maintained and very well lit.¬Badminton court is a bit out of shape.

It is located at the north-eastern most corner of Newtown Kolkata Action Area 2.

Old retired owners with no life harassing young working people with useless rules like no visitors after 10pm and enabling voyeuristic security guards following you in and out of the complex.

The view outside the building is very nice...the 2bhk flats are very small to live in. Road connectivity is good but night communication is an issue.

Residential complex. Located in a dead end. Complex is just ok. Very few people stay there. No facility like convince buying or anything like that. Location is remote and is not recommended as a permanent house. Rather consider uniworld city residential complex. The city is expanding but as of now there is a lack of social infrastructure so having this as a permanent house isnt recommended. Ideal for people who stay at one place only for a short while or have transferable jobs.

Highland Willow is a residential society. Rules and regulations are good. You can stay here as rentor and also planning for purchasing flat. One drawback of this society is this is very interior location so that transportation facility is not easily available. If you have own vehicle then no issue.

Clean and spacious society in a secluded and quiet area wid nice people.... But u hv to follow some rules

Fantastic Residency

A lovely place to be out of urban life. Only peace and silence but yet to grow as a township. Personal transport is your only convence.

A housing complex with amenities like swimming pool, gym, club etc. Separate entrance and facilities for HIG/MIG/LIG. The complex also houses commercial complex towards the front which includes Boutique, Salon, cafe. Many shops are vacant and available for rent.

A nice place to stay.. new techies can stay here rent a flat.. and enjoy life in kolkata.. but the only issue is transport

It is a good society but they have divided the society in such a way that it clearly shows the higher income group is highest and lower income group are all cornered just because they are earning less for there bread.And it impacts on children a lot.Thank you

Nice place to put in for anyone who wants to have some peace.Flats availabe here on rent as well as to buy.There is beautiful park in front of it.

Its a residential complex near ECO urban village in New Town. Its a very good society and lots of facility. 24 hours security, 24 hours DG backup, 24 hours electrician, hifi gym, swimming pool, badminton court, billiard room, table tennis room, well decorated banquet hall for any social program for the residents in chipper rate.

This is a walled residential complex with separate cluster of apartment blocks for Low, Medium and High Income Groups. Resided by nice, peace loving people, and maintained by a pool of dedicated staff, this complex offers community Durga Pujas, and other celebrations throughout the year. It has a separate commercial area with a small departmental store, laundry, restaurant, parlour, and other facilities. Has swimming pools and ample parking space. Some of the apartments have excellent views of vast green rice fields and cluster of trees at a distance.

Home. Necessities available though missing out on an affordable food joint. 1, 2, 3 BHK flats with Pool and Gym facilities. Theres an Eco Urban Park, well maintained and serene.

Hiland Willows society is situated opposite to Eco Urban Village. Its a nice society from Inside with lake view and gym / club facilities. The main problem is illegal slum shops opposite society. Which really disturbs the view from society. Slum shops very near to society has reduced its class. I dont feel comfortable whenever I cross illegal slum shops and enter into society. Road at society entrance is also not properly maintained.

Huge housing complex in eco urban village at New Town. Only problem is public transportation facility which is auto rickshaw. They wont leave until atleast 4 people are onboard. Other option include electric bus which comes 3 times at morning and 3-ice at evening. Timing of electric bus is 9,10,11 and evening 5,6,7. Only pharmscy is apollo pharmacy which is newr dcl malancha. Hiland willows have a shopping mall knows as hiland cedar which houses medhyas - grocery store including vegetables, hari tiffin service and grill n cafe restsurant. It also has a unisex salon. Every morning till 11 a truck loaded with vegetables with very reasonable rate is there before hiland willows gate which is a part of west be gal sufala program. Overall there is no problem except public transport in this location.

Nice community to live in, only rhing is it is a bit isolated without any major malls or shops nearby. Nearest one you find at CC2

Nice atmosphere. Location is too far from main locality. All you can get inside campus. Door step grocery and restaurant service available. Swimming pool, TT room and Gym is available inside campus. Padel cycle service is available outside. One electric bus service available to reach main road(eco perk). Personal vehicle is must to leave here as per my opinion. Ola and Uber service is available. Zomato delivery is available but swiggey and Uber eats are not available.

You can get everything here. But going to college or office is tough. You need an auto to go to bus stop.

It is safe and peaceful place. But the security are mean, racist, not helpful at all. Just because we are students they look down on us as if were staying here for free. I personlly feel threaten by the security. And that word just because we cant communicate proper hindi with them they insulted us by saying hindustani hoke hindi ate nahi hai, the society can be much better if the security are nice please take care of these such things because no humans deserves to be discriminated by others base on where they come from and who they are.
