Booked the flat here few months back. Got the possession now. The area is very peaceful and growing day by day. The road condition has improved a lot. Communication is much better now, but it is expected to improve further. This housing is just perfect for mid range budget. A block is the best bock with 3 sides open and lots of air and water. Lots of greenery around. Price is expected to rise in next 1 year. Overall value for money!!

Unless you own vehicle dont dare you go there..Howrah to kestopur = Rs 14 fare(Khalpar)Kestopur to Gouranga-nagar = Rs 15 fareThat not enough you need to walk by foot at a stretch of 300 metersHire app based vehicle services.

The complex is really nice and the area is expected to develop more. It would be wise to purchase a flat here.

Only drawback is a smelly canal is just in front of the gate...otherwise society is quite good with all modern amenities...

Even after paying the full amount of flat value, authority is delaying to issue possession letter. The behaviour of the authority is like a state government department. Authority did abnormal delay to issue final demand letter. The flat was to handed over on April 2019 but now it is 17th August 2020 but still it has not been handed over to me.Communication will remain poor until the bridge is not constructed in front of Sunrise project.

The two stars are for the adequate build quality. But the location is by a drainage canal and approach road is extremely bad to say the least.

This is the site office of Greenfield elegance and this place is easy to reach by ola/uber but the return trip turns out to be difficult as these app cabs are very few and far between

Booked a flat here. Nice construction quality and location. Though a bit interior but its going to improve taken into consideration the work that is in progress of the roads and the drainage canal. The location has great connectivity with new town, eco park, unitech, vip etc. Having said that you would still need your own transportation in odd times.Update as of 22nd Nov 2020: When you book a flat as your 1st home there are lot of emotions involved. But I have to say the company is really pathetic towards treating their customers and respecting their emotions. Inspite of several follow ups and mails its highly likely that you would not get proper action in time for anything. Office behaviour and communication is not at all good. I have invested my money for almost two years now, had to follow up several times for demands, finally even after clearing all final demands still waiting for possession. Also company has single point of contact and if that person is not available there is no back up for that work. This is not acceptable.
