We recently shifted to emami city kolkata. Location is prime,open space with lots of greenery. Wonderful club house with all modern facilities. Well maintained property. Negative point is that flooring works specially of bathrooms are poorly done. Retail shops which were said that will open inside the complex had not opened yet and it seems will not open any time soon.

A very beautiful place . The ambience is excellent. The club house washroom is very clean. Staffs are well behaved . Very much spacious area. Well suited for conducting marriage ceremony. The club house has facilities like library, games room, sports room, mini theater

Very nice project with lots of amenities, but costly for sure. Maintenance charges are also very high. Flats are facing one sided, no cross ventilation. Tiles & CP fittings are very cheap and poor quality. I would recommend buyers it is worth investment and to good for staying.

This is a trap .Emami City is built in 99 years lease property and after expiry of lease period flat owners need to make lump sum money to extend the lease or vacate the property after paying life time saving to purchase the dream flat. So after 99 years you have to return the flat. For Resale also people will not buy seeing that.

This is a high class project I must say. The price is very high though it is not in proper Kolkata. It is in the area of Dum Dum Municipality (Pincode- 700028). There are many projects in central Kolkata with the same budget i.e. Near 1 Cr or more than 1 Cr according to the size. I went to see the project, but we had a budget of around 75 lakh. So, we went for another which is in Joka. The place is close to airport, so if you fly frequently then you can buy with this much of amount. Otherwise there are several projects in Central Kolkata in this price.The overall project is beautiful having a separate building of club house. I visited the club house and it is really good. It is two storeyed as far I remember. In the ground floor, it has large sitting area, cafeteria, restaurant, library and tennis court. And in the 1st floor, it has mini theatre, spa room, indoor play games(carrom, table tennis, foose ball) and swimming pool facing a beautiful fountain. I have added the photos of that view.It has EMAMI CITY TOWER as well. It is not only for the residents of the project. Outsiders can also go there for their business.The thing I dont like is that buildings are congested. But the flats are quite huge in size like the living area and the master bed room, these are really big.Hope this helped you.Thank you.

Excellent construction, landscaping etc. but it is mentioned on the website attachment that this is a leasehold property. The price is difficult to justify in that case.

A lot of cheaters r there. All they want money, but when time come for service it should be less than 1 star.They absolutely don’t know how to talk customer. They hang up ph. Arita kumar is one of them. I don’t know how they hire this kind of employees.

Please dont buy flats in emami city. They are cheater, they will cheat you in every possible way. I have bought ready to move in flat, but after paying crores we are getting mentally tortured by the emami city staff.they will delay the process and make you pay lacks in the name of maintenance and interest. From the day of booking they will start the maintenance and club charges without handing over the flat. They are not bothering about the customer..

Situated in jeshor road,high standard,no good market nearby,u have to come to nager bazar for marketing,no idea about society cultural and environment.
