I am delighted to share that my experience with Elegant Interiors has been overwhelming. I am highly satisfied with the services provided by them and would highly recommend Others to get their interior done by them.

Long post alert about horrible experience with elegant interior.1. We started interior of our flat with them and soon realised that they are charging exorbitantly about 300-500% as per the current market rate.2. They never gives you the price of each item so to hide their overpricing. Even after asking repeatedly about the price of this wardrobe or that table they never let you know.3. Local quality ply labelled elegant without any famous brand.4. They always takes prepayment before the work.when we realised they are over charging ,we asked them to stop the work immediately. to our utter dismay as they have the keys to our flat, we found out the same day they have dismantled almost 70% furniture and taken to their warehouse. Means the work which I have already paid for, they have taken that as well just to arm twist us. They have not once negotiated or informed us that we need more money or else we have to dismantle the products. This is clear cut robbery. So it becomes impossible for us to trust them again.5. We then asked them to hand over the keys and We have accepted our loss as we were not at all ready to continue with them as they are not trustworthy.5. during hand over they waited us out for half an hour and before handing over made us sign a document that we are extremely satisfied with their work.. fearing that they might steal the remaining structure if they possess the keys we signed the document to minimise the fraud.6. Additionally they have stolen a switch board from our flat thats absolutely not theirs to take.7. Broke tiles at various places

Its a third grade CO. I had visited this CO three times for interview, the owner sandip roy is a big chutiya dont recognised me even for third times.Although I had spend half an hour every times with him. Every times repeat the same question-where you work, salary you want. After that ok will give you call.Think twice before visiting here, will let you keep waiting.
