We are cheated by this seller. I bought one 1.5 ton 5 star Hitachi split AC. They supplied unsealed without remote and warranty paper.Their selling man told me it is supplied like this.on installation it was seen that some parts are broken in inner unit. In outer unit some nuts were missing.Understanding that we are cheated i took up the matter on 29th March 2017.I have already taken up against the seller . Please dont buy anything from this seller if you want genuine item.
