Utter scam. They come to your house and talk very sweetly to simply sell you a bogus product. And once you purchase they wont care to fix it right. Worst part is since theyre dealers, any sort of issue with the product will be dealt by them, not the company. So be careful before making any purchases from here.

SHOP TIMINGS ARE VERY ERRATIC.I purchased Kutchina Chimney from SR Appliances in Dec 2020. They charged me twice. After much persuasion issued me a refund check in Jan 2021 end which got bounced. After chasing them multiple times thru Kutchina HO, returned me part money. Now they dont even pick up calls. What a Fraudster! Daylight robbery by the promoter. Shame on you.NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS CHEATERS!
