Terrible service. We were looking for a Washing Machine and surprisingly they offered the best price. But we would rather spend a ₹1000 more and buy from another store. It has been 8 days and our machine is yet to arrive while they sent a person to collect the payment within 2 minutes. Everyday the same story it is on the way and will arrive any minute.

Good electronics store. Although stocks are limited but they fulfill all requirements. Staffs are polite and cooperative. Charges are little bit higher than others.

The dealer of this store is a mind washer. He washes the mind of the costumers. He sales local and fake products in the name of brand. After sale service is totally bakwaas. I bought a 32 inch led t.v. from there which was of a local product, the cost of that product should be 7500 rupees but he took 12700 from me. He is totally a fraud person. Never visit this shop.

Most third grade showroom that I ever seen

This is the worst electronics store Ive ever seen. Owner Vikash is highly unprofessional and a blatant liar lacking all business ethics. If you dont want to be fleeced, consider some reputed electronics store. They dont have any stock except for the few that they have in the store but will bluff and take full payment stating they have the product in their godown and will be delivered the next day. I had to keep calling them everyday for a month and this lousy owner would very casually make some story or the other every time with assurance of product delivery the same day. Believing his lies was yet another mistake. Soon I realized he didnt have stock and asked for refund, to which he started making another story and dragged it for days. Only after threatening him of complaining to the consumer forum did he return my money. This store is just a waste of your precious time and money. Better stay away from this and if youre already stuck in a similar situation Id suggest lodging a complaint with the Consumer Court.

The Owner is a fraud .... He is a sly and will manupulate you somehow to pay him and will never delivery the product .... he is lier

Recently bought a laptop charger from this shop. It was highly priced and the sticker on the box was also removed and seal broken and the shopkeeper denied to give the bill. its been over a month now and they have not given the bill yet.
