The place offers you reasonable price on electronic items.

Its a good place to shop for electronic products. But the issue which concerns buyers the most is after sale response of the seller. Its something they need to understand that the products they sell are supposed to last for years and during this period customers expect some cordial help initially for some time but the seller shows a very cold response which after all dent our confidence in these seller.

One of the worst place to buy any electronic products from. Bad staff attitude. They will only help out those customers who they have made a sale to. Other salesman could care less. No prompt response to any query. They never receive phone calls and are very rude with any person who walks in.Never choose this place if you are looking for good electronic products or customer experience.

The showroom has a lot of variety and the people do help you. But dont believe them when they start talking about discounts and benefits.

Absolute thieves. Went to buy a panasonic 2 tonne split AC. Owner/manager of the shop told.me to get a Daikin 2 tonne split for the same price. Found out later that he sold me a 1.5 tonne Daikin split AC. The sales invoice just displayed the 10/12 digit model number from which it is not possible to derive the model number unless an online search is done. This is how they compete with the big sellers like Amazon, reliance, Croma, flipkart etc. By lying and cheating their customers. Good job Sales emporium.

Very disappointed sales person......i brought an panasonic split ac from sarat bose road branch on 26.02.18 the sales person told me that this model having r410 refrigerant .....but after installation i suddenly noticed that this model contains r22 refrigerant......then an then i contact with the sales person who convinced me to buying that model but she asked me the proof and i show her the photographs which i took from both of idu and odu. She then told me there are some mistake and she will talk with the dealer and she took my number. But still there is no reply from her side. In that case i going to end of every relation with sales emporium and request to the customers that if you want to buy anything from that store please go with proper information about the prduct which you wish to buy for avoid misguide by those staffs.

Tanmoy TV sales fraud representative in the landesdowne branch. I brought Sony 4k 43 inch tv from the shop . He was the salesperson. He is a big time fraud.

Purchased Panasonic Inverter AC.Was told the product carries 2 years warranty on inside unit and 10 years on compressor.On the warranty card only 1 year warranty was provided on inside unit and 5 years on compressor.On asking they said invoice is the proof for second year warranty.However nothing was mentioned on the invoice related to warranty.On calling the Area Manager of Panasonic he told me there was no such scheme of 2 years warranty.Got delayed delivery and installation of product.Received a defective compressor also.Feel cheated.Worst experience ever
