It is a medium capacity LG showroom with informative staff. Prices of appliances are same as at other LG showrooms. I have purchased microwave and its working good. There is no parking space outside the showroom.

Experience with swar sangam was great, specially the sales person Avijit Das, he was very helpful with everything starting from choosing the TV, delivery, installation and warranty details. I had some doubts about if the warranty will cover the permenent burn of the led, he got it confirmed from the LG that more than 2 burned-out leds LG will replace your panel, peace of mind !!!Honestly One of the best professional experience I had in long time while buying electronic item.Would definitely recommend him to help you to choose your next TV.Regarding the TV LGBX55 which I purchased.Just wow. This is the most basic model of LGs olded range but It would be enough for any usage.Excellent TV, dont forget to take the extended warranty. Now LG is giving 3 years comprehensive warranty till 20 Nov, and another 2 Years Amc for around 18k. So make sure you take that.It supports hdmi2.1 and eArc which is great as you can get the audio played in external speakers if connected via amplifier for the native TV apps. Might not be valid use case for most but worth mentioning as it makes future proof for 5 years 😊.

I have bought a LG 7 kg Washing Machine from Swar Sangam recently. This was my first visit to the shop. I was overwhelmed with the staffs behaviour, their honesty & transparency in every aspect while dealing with me. From my entry to the shop to installation of WM cum demonstration by Company man to my residence took just more than 24 hours though it was a Sunday. The sales men should be more careful about what they committ. During sales they are all good words; after the payment is done they are least bothered to check about service quality. They even disconnect phone of customers. I have made 3 purchases worth almost a lac within a span of 45 days. However will not repeat purchase from Swar Sangam. Great Eastern service is much better. Infact I am gradually changing few electronic devices of my home. Had plans to buy two TV sets from Swar Sangam. However Will go to Great Eastern now.Also most ridiculous to see that their own staffs like Ithiraj Basu, Soumik Mukherjee and Abhijit have given 5 star comments and provided good feedbacks to hoodwink customers.

They dont have all the latest 2019 TV models. Prices set by them are non-negotiable & their sales man will try to justify customers with all fake info , why their prices are non-negotiable. As per my experience, many a times their sales man gives information which r untrue , may be this meet their sales target. Luckily i didnt buy my TV from their store. I got better deal for more advanced model from other store.

This dealer is an absolute cheat.He claims free installation and then the installation guys will claim extra money for installation and fittings. The sales guy changes his word every monent. We have purchased first time an LG AC and ended up with a bitter experience with the dealer.

I had purchased an OLED TV on 04/6/19 from this shop thinking a better shop being LG showroom.But my thinking was proved completely wrong because of following:1. Charged at least Rs6000/- higher than other shop.2. I had to call installation team from LG although shop owner promised me that he will arrange installation very next day. A totally non cooperative approach by shop owner.3. Shop owner promised me within 15 days free flight tickets for two person will be courriered to my addressand it is a gift from LG. But till date I have not received those tickets. Initially whenever I contact him, he used to say 200 percent sure that ticket will be sent to you.But now almost 02 months past and shop owner might be still sending the ticket.Lastly l will end up by saying he(shop owner) is a great cheater, a damn liar and a worst ever shop in KOLKATA.
