Worst service ever.... please dont be fool with other rating.... money matters for them not service... they will repair but it will need a repair every week... pls do not give ur tv for repair here...also take double price then other...he will ask u to put the new product and take the new price but will put the same old product after reparing it which will only work for 5 to 6 days...

Worst shop ever. Cheap customer service. Negative mentality. They repair your TV and damage the other part so that you have to come to them again. I would request all the customers to never go to them because they charge alot of money and then damage your other tv parts so that you have to come to them again.

Vary good service. I am happy. My samsung led tv repair.

He sent a tech on 24th dec. I gave him all model details and asked him to send the tech with the part. But tech came to my place without any part took 300 RS as visiting charges. After that I called him about more than 100 times and finally he sent the tech again on 31 and then tech was not able to open the TV at all and was insisting that he needs to take the TV with him. I am not sure why people send tech to others place who doesnt know how to work more over he is very dishonest as he never returned any call or sent any tech as per the time. I would say to go for some other person rather than choosing him. He wasted my 8 days of time

I HAD A TALK (30.04.20) WITH THE PERSON WHOS No. IS GIVEN IN WEBSITE AND CLEARLY INDICATED THE PROBLEM ie HALF OF THE TV SCREEN NOT VISIBLE BUT SOUND IS OK AND HE HIMSELF TOLD THAT YOUR TV IS REPAIRABLE .SOON AFTER REACHING MY HOME THE TECHNICIAN PERSON JUST AFTER CONNECTING TV ADVISED TO BUY A NEW ONE ,HE WAS VERY NEGATIVE ABOUT TV AS IF HE DIDNT WANT TO OPEN IT AND JUST FOR THE SAKE OF SHOWING HE OPENED THE TV . AFTER THAT AGAIN ADVICE TO TAKE A NEW TV AND CHARGED Rs 300..
