Hope this is the first company that not able to raise complain in company customer care and always asking through agent and agent is not bother about that...very poor company and process.

No service provided after installation. no response from customer care number. Service Technicians not sounded professional in service nor knowledge. overall a bad experience. There should be a process of negative marking also. The company do not deserve bcoz of Google wrong AI process. worst company an worst service.

This company product suprim model is totaly below quality.day one to till date nothing any good service by engineers & company exiquitive.no one bother about the product problem. Lastly the Malda Branch maneger also wast behavior & can not provide the solution.clearly inform me cant solve the issue.I have called the MD also but problem is same.no resolution...
