Never buy anything from Khosla. They didnt not give the gifts thats comes with your item.... Salemans are rude in behaviour. its been 5months still I am not getting the gift that comes with my lg microwave oven.

As per as my concern this is the showroom where they started their journey , very small showroom but they serve me with their best hospitality .Every thing is there with the best cash back offers. Am fully satisfied with their services towards which is more important after sales.

Worst service delivery system .... If u purchase anything they will give delivery after a week .... Delivery system is very poor ..

Bad service at Hazra outlet. They deliver the goods and there is no responsibility for installation. They say its btwn you and company.So what are the sweet words for ? Sic.

Now this shop donot have much . The sales man are not knowledgeable. They donot even know the product knowledge. All the advertisement you see will not come in case of your purchase.

I have paid in full on 20/08/2018 for purchase of an LG washing machine.As per salesmans commitment it was supposed to be delivered within 2 days.We are following up with the Garia Shop & even talked to their Bhowanipore office.Every time they are lying about the delivery. They are saying that the delivery van has gone to your area but alas!! No delivery van came.They told a story that the delivery van was out of order on the way.Every time they are lying. It appears from the review of other customers, that they are involved in a fraudulent trade practices, without caring for the customer satisfaction.This is my first experience with Khosla Garia.The company does not have any customer satisfaction policy.I am going through mental agony & experiencing harrassment similar to the experience of the other customers.I will not recommend my friends, relatives & all other persons not to go to Khosla electronics.I will go to consumer court for compensation for such mental agony & harrassment, if it is not delivered today(25/08/2018).I have never experienced such type of fraudulent practices in my life earlier.

Not a single star for khosla. on 07/06/2017 i bought a double door fridge from madhyamgram showroom. Today i got the delivery but they will charge which is out of expectation. The delivery team will argue and if you dont keep their demand they will kept your product infront of your door. Suggest no to buy anything from khosla. first experience bad experience.

I personally suggest everybody, please be careful about your hard earned money, by which you are going to buy any product from khosla Madhyamgram outlet. This is the khosla outlet with most poor service in the locality. Regarding product delivery and installation process, feed back is very very poor . The stuffs are careless and unprofessional. Servicing is a hectic process if any 1 try to avail from this particular store at Madhyamgram. Delivery service is indescribable.

I should suggest that no one should buy any product from khosla rankuthi... First experience is bad experience...

They promise to give gifts and they do so but after a lot of harrasment.... like Ravi a sales person of khoshla dhakuria did....

I was going to Hazra Khosla 6 May, 019, at the time, I was going to buy lg AC Butt and other sales standard. MR Raha did wrong with her head. She whispered to the whistle. She asked him to take auction after 1 day, after 8 days, I got it 5th afternoon, install it the next day. They came out to open the AC and told you to change it. You can not change it. I call the customer care. I said the case then then call the branch eve I went and told me to give just two days. I will not make calls then they call me the customer care. They say that the pending will still be available. Today the stool is 16.5.2019 and the money is not cheated. , daily 10br calls to call aj 16.5.19 call kore bollo kal mne 17.5.19 friday lets see ... do not buy anything by hajra khosla or you will cheat. If someone knows the solution then help me

Very bad experience You can not imagine that the salesmen who work in Khosla at Hajra Puja will guide you so much misunderstanding. If you have no idea about a product and go there and ask if it will be good, you will not get a better advice. I can say it by swearing. There is one who has S. Laha, he is always the best thing to do, which is less than the cell, to put it on your neck. You will try to woo yourself with extraordinary skill. The worst thing that is to go there is to buy a potato onion from the market and buy it for a price. If you do not, then you can cheat. You can go there only if you can buy things from the sidewalk shop.
