I bought one easy chair & Desk for WFH purpose, within 9 months the easy chair has broken, & in some places the wooden policing has gone. Now they are not replacing the products. Leather quality is also not good.

I bought a recliner recently and apparently they sent me a display showroom piece which was used and damaged. Before buying the piece I was convinced that they would send me a new piece. But all lie. DO NOT TRUST THEM. ultimately they sent me a recliner with scratches all over the handle nd the chair being bent since it was used roughly as their store display.... waste of money nd waste. no after service also.Also do not trust their pricing. They keep increasing the price by 20% almost every month and then tend to give a discount. Weird statergy. in 3 months they has increased the rate of a product from 52,000 to 87,000

I bought a sofa on 1st of Jan 2020 for which i made the full payment. I still did not receive the product its been a month. They have breached the deadline 4 times. Now telling will provide an intermittent solution by providing another sofa. But Im really scared if they are a fraud. One female will attend phone call and tel another date when I have said multiple times i need it urgent. Im concerned about quality as it should not take such a long time to deliver.

All paid 5 star reviews.. trust me this place provides cheap quality products and once you bought something you are trapped they will never give you service and will behave like you are a begger.. close this fraud place ...I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I went to Estillo Furniture some days ago to order for my new apartment in Salt Lake. I ordered furniture for the entire apartment including Sofa + Center Table + TV Unit Dining Set with 6 chairs and other.I was promised to give the delivery in 21 days but in fact got the delivery in 14 days which really made me happy! Its very surprising that they undertook a customized order and delivered within time.I am a mechanical engineer and understand quality. The products made satisfied my quality requirements. The only negative is that during delivery, there were a few scratches that occurred on 2 dining chairs. However the next day, their workman visited and took care of it.I would safely recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a sofa set in March 2019. Right from the beginning the wood quality was very bad and started cracking in different places. I got them serviced once after many follow ups but didnt help much.Within 3-4 months the seat / cushion sagged. I tried to raise a service request but they didnt accept it. I tried telephone calls, emails but without any response.Very bad quality products and service even worse.

Biggest fraud ever their one of the directors Mr. Prerit Chawla is a fraud. Takes money in advance and sends used product(dresser) and then, not picking up calls and no response. Also we purchased custom made sofa for 60k and its not at all comfortable and the quality is rubbish. We had a loss of around 1lac rupees. They are biggest fraud furniture company of Kolkata. Please stay away from them. Promises something else and delivers something else that too after much delay from promised delivery date. Then they give some other vendor names also from which they are giving order for making furniture. They dont have their own production and no service also. Worst ever experience.

Worst product. I bought a 3door wadbrobe and i just cannot explain how bad the quality is. The wallpaper is coming out. The racks are bending. The hinges are breaking off. Its a waste of money.And the wadrobes are non moveable as well as non transferrable.

Very bad customer service.I ordered a sofa a dinning set and a center table at ice skating furniture exhibition.I paid Rs 10 thousand as an advance against sofa which has total price 27k.When i phoned them after 10 days they ate saying first you pay whole due money then i will. Send sofa. Which upon ordering has not been mentioned by them.They insist you pay full and if it is not made according to your guide line you have to accept because you have not seen the ordered piece.This is ridiculous and they are cheating customer.

The quality of products delivered and the finishing was extremely poor, and I had to accept whatever was given because I had already made full payment in advance. We bought a computer study table from trade fair 2019 kolkata , when they supplied the unfitted parts the big board was all damaged , after several requests the board was exchanged now when the study table is fitted it is completely looking like a 2nd hand model, the laminations on the particle board is wearing out mica is cracking , now they say we will get it polished , i dont know where will they polish on ...Thank god we put the idea of buying the dining table and bed on hold.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience! I bought a wardrobe from the netaji nagar branch somewhere in June 2017 and it took them over two weeks to deliver the complete assembled product. Several calls to the customer service and the branch contact was of no use in getting the complete delivery.Now lets come to the quality of the product. One of the drawers always remains open. Very poor assembling and almost all of screws has already been loosened by now. Even the wooden works are getting damaged at a great pace. I regret my choice for getting the product from estillo and would like to share this experience so that you can have a better deal.
