The back inlet pipe of my prestige gas oven was broken. Contacted Cosmos and they provided a very prompt service. They charged Rs.500 for their technician visit. I have nothing to say about this charge because they already informed me before sending him. But I am surprised for their spare parts charges. They have charged Rs. 430 for a small inlet socket and Rs 45 for a small hose clamp. I had no other alternative but to pay that charges. Later, on enquiry in the market I came to know the average market price of the inlet socket (best quality) is around Rs 150 and that of the clamp is Rs 10 only. For those exorbitant prices of the spares, I had to pay Rs 975 for just replacing the small inlet socket. This is quite unacceptable to me.

The customer care representative attending the call was excessively rude, adamant. We was so shocked to see the way he was behaving
