Please dont waste your hard earned money. These people are thugs. I brought a 60k laptop which was having an old manufacturing date, but I was told tgat it took time for shipping, its brand new. Within a year the screen started flickering, so I went to Hp to get it repaired within warranty. There I was told that this laptop is old and most probably its a fake. So yes I wasted 60k . Never go to this shop.

Average tiny little e-mall. you can expect to get all the common appliances such as LEDs, Washing machines, laptops, DSLRs nothing fancy. They dont give much of a discount. I was personally dissapointed by the lack of staff and coordination.

From a very little age I started coming to Capital Electronics with my grandpa.. I am 37 and still buy electronic goods from here.. But 8th July they misbehaved with me, wherehas I went there to buy A. C. Earlier I had talked with them and went to finalized yesterday. They made me sat there for 1hour 15 minutes... without any information if I will be able to buy it or not... They are entertaining other customers just ignoring me. When i raise voice they said about lack of men. They can inform me within 10 to15 mins of my arrival.. They just waste my time... Heartbroken experience for me.. All the electronics goods of my house are from there.. Even I insisted my friend to buy dslr camera from there.. I am really very sad getting such behaviour.

Very good electronics shop at Ultadanga More. All types of electronic appliances are available. This is one of the famous electronics outlet. Location of the outlet is excellent. Collection of the products are enormous. But prices of the products are little higher compare to similar other outlets in the city. Otherwise good. Staffs are friendly.

The person who picks calls has 0 information about products like AC. He tells he just pick call to say whether the shop is open or not & then cuts the calls. Staff needs to be educated regarding the products. In this pandemic Atleast over the call the person should guide which will be the best and best prices, but dont expect anything like this.Last time I bought a Fridge, price were low and assembling was very good.

You can get almost everything in electronic goods here, but their service is not satisfactorily. Can remember a Sony Ericson cell phone became erratic after two months of purchase but it never functioned after repeated repair . warrenty lost and I ditched it. The sales men are from Union. They sometimes disrupt normal business if their demand are not met.

They are very good with stocks and their behaviour with customer is also very good but they do this for the time when the customers buy products. Last week I bought one original samsung battery for my samsung galaxy j2 pro and for my mother a brand new Nokia 2 from here. I get 1 year warranty for the battery whereas if I bought it from Samsung service centre,they will give me only 3 months warranty (price are same for both). Behaviour of the staffs are very good.
