Extremely aweful place. Very bad, rude and unprofessional behaviour. Zero value for money. No after sales support. They will only grab money then they wont even bother to provide service. Starting from watchman, salesman, cashier as well as owner, all are unprofessional and greedy.Now after this review I got a threatening call within 5 mins asking me to withdraw the review. Unbelievable audacity people they are. Such ridiculous outlet!! Even they are so shameless that they made a call to me immediately after this review and forcing me to withdraw the feedback 😂.... Literally insecure.

Rude and disregarding staff. No instruments are playable. Insufficient stock. I inquired about buying an euphonium but the staff did not help or consider at all... The official yamaha music website had guided me to this store but they were completely ignorant of my need and said that they did not store any wind instruments at all whereas the Official website and a representative of yamaha music to whom I spoke said otherwise. I was told on the official website faq that in case of the instrument not being available in an outlet, one could order the instrument and then try it out at the store, however the staff present was so impolite and inconsiderate that they did not even listen to my request and straight up responded by saying that they do not deal in in wind or brass instruments. I was also told to not to touch any instruments as I reached out to play a piano whose fall board was up indicating that it was meant to be played.

Do you sell only yamaha products?

Associates at there are very polite and helpful.... There is lot of variety of instruments and genuine one.. Guys who were at this place they gave me good deal... The price is much lesser than online... I would recommend to buy Yamaha instruments from here..

My daughter got her Yamaha piano from Aquad. I was so thankful for the help Ranjit and his team rendered for installing the piano. The staff members are very cordial and you get to select your instrument at the brink with the help of their very talented executives. The store is a lavish one filled with all and any musical instrument you want. I thank you all Aquad staff members once again🙏🏻

Collection was decent.Left because of impolite staff. Such aukaat showoff is hilarious coming from fellow Bengalis. The place is near my house and decided to check it out. I went in casual house attire and had ramkrishno hair and they totally ignored me 20mins straight. Gave half replies. After being associated with KM Conservatory and earning 26+ LPA, these trash wants to profile me and give preferance to faux Bengali rock managers who have no scope of success outside.What more the other so called musicians were freely touching the instruments even though told not to. While I was polite not to, learning from other states. Degeneracy of Bengal.
