I gave my Denon 540 BT to them. It had two problems. While returning the product they guaranteed that all problems are resolved. After taking the product back and giving them full money for their service product started giving same trouble same day itself. They dont have a clue on what the issue is. While taking order they gave lot of confidence that they can rectify everything on earth. But returned it with the same problem.I wont suggest anyone to use their services.

I give a call on 17.06.20 @ 2.00 PM and one person after receiving the call enquire the detail and said that he will call today afterwards after knowing my location details in phone. I said him that as I have my tower speaker and home theatre issue I will pay him whatever the charge is. Later on 5 PM after making repeated call he do not have the courtsey or professionalism to pick up the call and answer my call. IS THIS THE WAY TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS???? Customers r like god as I work in a pvt company.
