Near Dumdum station. Everything is good but the local residents stay roadside or in vasti. Some will not prefer this. But they are not always bad people. Otherwise all modern facilities are available within a minute.

Management is not at all customer friendly. Pricing is too high as compared to location and also other features. Planning of the project is good, but no reason to spike the price so much.

Its a good one. Easy access to any part of Kolkata and other nearby locality via local train, metro and on road also. As it is under KMC, bad road adjacent site will be in good condition in coorditon with Developer veru soon, I thik so.
