It is truly a dream come true for someone who is looking for an affordable housing with a peaceful stay and not compromising with a dream home.. well equipped with all essential amenities and not too far from any facility. A bit on the inner side of the road connectivity which hardly makes a 10 minute walk but is also a positive aspect which adds to a peace of mind away from the traffic chaos. The airport is only a 15-20 minutes drive and railway station about 10 minutes. Chowmata is 5 minutes drive i would say which itself explains how best the connectivity is at this affordable price tag. A lot more which is difficult to explain here. It is a place for a middle class person who dreams to own an affordable housing within the city limits.

Verry Bad maintanence from devoloper side.Cheap quality of meterials uses.

We initially went to book a flat way back on 2015. Rate was 2500 per sqft back then. But the problem was it is far (1km) interior from the main road. Although Campus is good but surrounding areas also mattered which looked like a concern. But again, majority of the campus flats are like this only - it will be interior surrounded by low level society, but inside campus it would be another world.

Under maintained.. No proper security... Terrible condition of the common premises... The elevators are on the verge of dying... I went to buy a new apartment and after seeing the current conditions ran like hell without looking back..

Its almost more than 7 year before I had decided to book a flat after seeing all the amenities. During booking Mr Gupta was very nice, quite positive d helpful.1. Possession of the flat got delayed by 1.5 yr (2018 Aug).2. Quality d product of the building materials r cheap in nature. Floor & wall tiles are chipped not packed properly.Every where Damp walls.3. Amout given for extra work A.c point, 15 amp, water inlet d outlet of Washing machine are done by Sourav are mind blowing. Believe me never sceen such a poor fellow who dont have a basic knowledge about the thing while doing the fitting.When i show his faults, Casually he replied dada et theke bhalo hote parena. Its always a wastage of time to talk with these idots.Its better to do all d necessary changes after taken the hand over.4. Car parking still not alloted to owner. After reminder so many times Mr gupta never ever talk on the parking allotment.When they fail to sold car parking .they start coverting that free space into flats. Which is completely illegal.5. Maintainance charges will be charged , like a headless chicken. After dropping several mail to Spotlight finance team, they dont bother to respond & landline number are everytime will be not rechable, luckily if it rings no one will respond. As per contract i should pay maintenance after a year of registration example 2018 Dec and i should pay maintenance from Jan 2020. But they had changed me from January 2019. Which is completely wrong. Just bec of that i have not paid any of my maintenance.On the top of that they will disconnect ur generator line without any proper legal notice.6. Amenities are for flat owners as a facility but they turned it into a business (₹4000/-) for community hall its so small d it doesnt have a kitchen and we there is not a single pot d dish wash area. This show that there is a lack of planning. While construction such a project.7. A.c exit pipes are hanging almost from all the room and look quick ugly when its pass from your window. Builders are providing one pvc pipe which gather all the water and use it for sustainable development & improve water level too.8. In case of any emergency a full fledged ambulance or fire brigade will not able to reach near the exact spot as the turning point are so narrow.9. There is no reputation of Mr. Gupta as a builder in the market. Now a day marketing is all about Word-of-mouth.Believe me till now every flat owner have given a negative review for this product handed over to them.Its better to buy another flat than this place.

I recently bought a flat from this complex,very greenary atmosphere,1km from the mainroad,1st 1st the distance was very far but now use to,the distance did not matter,nice place,nice complex 👍

They are very rude after booking your flat and construction is very poor. I suggest pls find some other property.After booking threy charge one year maintaince but after registration they charge again maintance charge.

Basically 2 things lacks here which make it only 3 star 1. 800 meters from NH and 2. dirty water. . Other things are improving day by day. .

Very good residential complex for live in peace

During my stay I felt it was a nice place to buy an apartment due to nice environment.

Its far from main road, quality of building is bad, they have alignment issues in almost every fitting. Water damping issue is at the peak. They show good material but while handing over give the worst one.Its better to buy another flat than this.

Very less space. Building are under construction however cracks can be easily visible. Not much open space. Not recommended

This complex is noise free but its drive way is not so specious and and common space/vacant space is insufficient.

Its really very beautiful but transportation is poor as it is not on the main road

Please avoid any real estate project belong to Spotlight Group owned by Ratish Gupta. Simply they are cheating with the owners and deprive them from facilities they assured. Their staff Vikash and Sourav are very bad. They are misbehave with the owners.

NICE BUT LITTLE INSIDE FROM THE MAIN ROAD ABOUT 500MTS

I am a resident of this project. . all things are ok-ok but they provide dirty water in all blocks which is a permanent problem n no one bothers to provide time bound service like electricity, house damping etc. They only promise but never fulfill their promise. . .

Main problem with this property is the construction quality, which is very low than any other small level builder.

Its 600 mts away from main jessore road .

Actually it is not Lodge, its residential place placed a bit away from the main road if you have car then you can arrived at main road fast and moreover the local Bazaar is near the main road its it will be about 10 minutes walk from the residential place.
