Found the quality of construction, specifications, amenities and facilities, progress of work, customer interaction, pricing, transparency etc. up to the mark.

Currently all work in this project has been stopped by Kolkata Municipality. The promoter Nathany group is in legal battle with KMC. The project was supposed to be delivered by June, 2020. But stop work notice was put by KMC on 22nd February before lockdown. No progress since the stop work notice. There is no surety on when the project will complete. People can buy at their on risk.
