Im a staff of Nspl Pvt Ltd... doing job from Aug 5,19.My office is held on the 4th floor of karnani estate..every month the lift is not working for half a month.and very poor quality lift that ensures you that if you already reach the ground floor before 10 mints of your office time you cant reach office in time for the lift facility...ok for fitness lovers.

Security behaviour is good & owner behaviour good

Its almost a heritage building though not declared officially. Basically it was a very big residential building but now slowly being converted into a commercial building. Lifts have been installed. A temple and parking space is available within. Easily approachable though a bit congested.

I have a company flat here where I stay occasionally (once every two months or so). I avoid staying out till late because the old guard called pandit ji is a real pain in the *ss. Horribly rude. I dont know how he is still on the job. Perhaps people take pity on his old age but he definitely misuses his privilege and is probably one of the worse people I have ever met in life.

One of the oldest complex of park St. With alot of good restaurants all over and corporate offices.. the buildng hosts some of the most popular and oldest restaurants of colonial Calcutta and keeps the rich heritage and culture of the city alive . Nothing much to explore other than that

I was there few days ago to purchase a Tata tigor from Lexus Motor, a Tata Passenger car dealer . Experience was good , if you want to know something you may ask GM sales,or any grievance to solve, he is the best person to help you.And the building is alright.

One of the oldest business centre in Kolkata. Very near to Kalamandir and Beck Bagan bus Stoppage. Lots of business people have built their set up in this building.

Its in a great location but the people in charge dont really maintain it that well else it would be a great place.

A very low maintained building. The garbage disposal system is not good at all. The stairs are damaged. The entrance passage is totally damaged and is full of potholes thus remains waterlogged during monsoon.
