The clubhouse is well sophisticated and well maintained

Though abit far from the main city and also BBT Road is still under progress but as the bridge is open to the flat owners so it wont be a problem. The place is well maintained surrounded with green and has security posts every 500m. The buildings are well planned and airy. We own a 3BHK Flat in phase II which has a good view. Morning walk and evening walk could never be any better. Facilities such as swimming pool, community hall, banquet hall,gym,park beside the Ganges are available.

Dont buy any property here, 4 years ago we and most people paid full money but still havent got handover of their apartments and chances are it wont be completed even this year, plus if u are someone from an urban city, this place is like a barren land, nothing is available here and currently there are no provision for anything to happen!

Very unreliable promoter. Never keep to schedule. Nor inform flat owners about work progress. There is no towerwise updates. We dont know if lifts have been installed, electricity and water connection have been completed. Only they ask money. No compensation for 4 years delay.

I have purchased the Flat in phase 2 of Hiland greens project (Riverbank developer pvt ltd). The Full and Final amount was paid on March 2017. But still I have not got my flat or any compensation for being delayed. The said Falt was suppose to be allocated on Jan 2018. Now official giving excuses of covid situation.. Worst Project ever from the worstest of builder.. I Curse them to die and burn in hell ...

Disappointed with the hiland greens phase 2 project.Dont know whether I will get my flat in this lifetimeAll hard earned money wasted...

My daughter booked the flat in October,2014. It was given to understand that they will give possession by 2017. till date nothing happened. Is there any whats app group of the disappointed purchasers?

I booked flat at Tr-16 ph-2, oct 2014-it was supposed to be handed over by July-2018-still in dark. I visited site in Jan-2020-went to the HIland office there at site in Bata nagar, When talked to person in office -they informed-after Puja 2020-it will be handed over-But when I saw the Flats physically -it seems as such there is no work going on or the way works going on-it could not be given to buyers not just after Puja 2020-even after Puja 2021.in doubt..!!-work progress really made me disappointed...and I got surprised -when I got a call recently in the month of April2020-from their office -after making some courtesy-it is told that due to COVID-19-handover might get delayed.before this call-I did not not get any call in recent times informing the possible handed over date.....

A nice place in the lap of nature.Although communication is a real issue, but in coming years, when metro lines will be established in this region things got to be different in every aspect.The ambience and natural beauty is beyond comparison..

This is the biggest mistake of my life to have invested so much money with this fraud company.I paid in full for my 2bhk flat & covered garage back in 2014.Till date there is no assurance when they will complete the flat & give possession.None of the contact numbers work. They have also shutdown their office in Anandalok Building. There has been no communications from the company for more than 6 months.Last time they had said will handover the flats after Durga Puja, 2019 but nothing.I contacted them in August, 2019 & they said work has been stopped due to no funds.Where is my money & all the money that each flat owner paid in full?It seems the builders have managed to live their lavish life with our money!Unfortunately these big companies care nothing as they buy law with our money!

Best in Batanagar, good housing complex. If you want to avoid citys rush then its the best choice for you. You can find affordable housing here. A marvelous view of river Ganges. Approx 9 kms from Taratala junction. Railway station is within 1 km range. OLA/Uber service is easily available. Moreover easy of access.

They have miserably defaulted in delivering apartment in phase 2. It is delayed by more than a year though full payment has been made. Mr Saurav Ganguly appeared for this project during TV advertisement. But Calcutta Riverside has disappointed all those booked apartment in Holland Green Phase.It is any bodies guess when the apartment will be delivered.Who will answer for this?It is worth trusting these promoter.

I would have given (-) 5 Star if google allowed me to do so, We have bought a flat in the name of Jayeeta in the Year 2014 with the promise of getting it handed over to us by Year 2017, and the magic starts after Year 2017. Several Sales executive changed, allotment of flat was done and so on but guess what? Today is 30th December 2019 and We still didnt received the flat handover.What else I can say, our hard earned money is in builders pocket and without false promises nothing else has been offered so far, tired of emailing and finding new numbers every time we try to communicate.I suggest buyers to not invest on these frauds at all.

We have purchased flat in hiland green phase 2 flat 11A in tower 10 .All our payments have been done but still we have not got any possession. When asked they told us that it will be completed in 2019 but still no work has progressed. Also they have shifted their office,when we asked about the possesion they told us it is delayed and will be completed in july 2020. Its very unfair by the builder we all flat buyers should collectively approch them.

Construction is in full swing. Ambiance is also nice but convenience is terrible now hope some improvement after completion of flyover. There is and will have no privacy as Bata factory is inside the premises. Actually it is building on the excess land of Bata co.

Unreasonable Delay, Unprofessional approach, Communication Gap keeps the honest buyers in the dark. Last vague commitment of Sept 2020 looks to be unrealistic. How an eminent builder can do this? There is a law of the land, let us hope not to go to that last resort.

Hiland Group initiated the Project with lot of noise, but now the noise is no more, the pomp and grandeur has faded away keeping behind a blatant truth that Hiland can not take the project forward. The burden of harsh reality has compelled them to postpone their rosy commitments indefinitely. The lousy office space on 14th floor, the dirty sample flats , the shabby maintenance reminds us a clear lack of professionalism and lack of intention to complete the project. My April 2019 visit to Hiland has really disheartened me to the core and I feel that I have made a life time mistake to believe their fake promises.

I have recently shifted here and I must say its a beautiful place. It is a bit far away from the main part of Kolkata.

I think this is the paradise of South-West Kolkata beside Holiest River Hooghli , a part of River Ganges. This is the lungs of Batanagar City , 16 km apart from Rajbhavan ,Kolkata.

Its near the Ganges River and have a lot of greens around the place neat & clean new properties.

It is the second phase of Hilandgreen phase I I, the area consist. Of. Two. Bhk. And. Three Bhk. Accommodation with. All. Common benefit like swimming pool, gym, jogging track, play. Area, biggest. Club. House. With.all modern. Physical. Exercise facilities. The club. House. Also. Allowed. For.take a very nominal. Rental. For. The. Flat Owners.

Its a great place to live in with all facilities like shopping mall, hospital, golf course, football and cricket training ground all nearby and of course there is the riverside promenade.

Nice place to stay...still under process of complition.Progress are slow...but after comlition it will be a great place.

The photos you see except the marriage hall all are fake. I live just beside this. There is nothing like that.

Direction is helpful and practically correct to go via Hide Road at this point of time.

Too much delay in completion is dampening the reputation of the promoters.

Ganga river bank is beside and its a completely wide independent satellite city growing in a vast area, cool and calm life here facing ganga river and its pure air without sound and air pollution

The best factor is its nearness to river ganga. Awesome to spend your mornings and evenings with friends or partners. Morning anyone can join free hand exercise. Closest to bus stand for routes upto parkstreet and howrah. Nungi railway station is quite close. Shopping malls within 500metres, stadium, golf course,everything u want.Life would like heaven here

Hiland Greens Phase 2 is still incomplete (and no news on when its going to complete and handed over to the owners)... I have an issue that many of the pictures uploaded are either of Hiland Elgin or Hiland Greens Phase 1 and there are very few pictures are of Hiland Greens Phase 2...

We have purchased 3 bhk flat in riverside phase 2 in 2015 but till not have position not have responsibility by builders no any communication no mail or no any latter. All phone line out of order.

Is the team at Hiland Greens freaking crazy??I got a mail yesterday with a chart that phase 2 towers will b completed around September 2020.The entire work will be completed by 2020 September and then they would start the handover. What is the story behind this?? I am paying the EMIS since 2016 and havent received the property and you saying its going to 2020?? I have booked the flat in Phase 2 Tower 9 Flat 8A6.
