Have rented an apartment here. It is right at the road-head/highway. A very lovely and lively neighbourhood to live in. Reliance Fresh is about 100 meters from the main gate. Some eateries just opposite the road for mostly street fare like momos, noodles, biryani, south Indian and kebabs. Walking distance from 2 Malls. Highly recommended for residential purpose.

A good place for old people and children not a best place for young people and teens.

Well maintained and clean place

Eastern High apartments, New town has 9 towers, consisting of 11 to 13 floors+ double decker parking. Approx 440 flats are there. There is a small community centre, swimming pool for kids, a Diamond shaped play ground with childrens play facility. Security is quite tight. Its just opposite New town Bus terminus. New garia- Airport metro is just across the road with a proposed station coming in.

One of the well maintained complexes in New town Action Area 01. The security is good and it is well connected with all modes of transport as just opposite it is the New town Bus Stand.It has got Reliance Fresh outlet next to it for grocery shopping and malls like Home Town, Big Bazar and Axis Mall are close by.Also there is a local market just backside to it where you can buy fruits,vegetables etc.

Positives: You will never feel to leave this place - tight security, clean, well maintained, security and maintenance staff are very much co operative, vibrant atmosphere and good neighbourhood.Negativities: The construction quality is very poor. Seepage problem makes the walls puffed up. Lift gets stuck up very often.

The atmosphere of the complex is wonderful. There is a wonderful breeze blowing through tue complex at any given time of the day.

It is a residential complex with a big field in the middle and cultural events are conducted as well. The towers have structured parking lots and each tower holds 13 floors. Location is very good, which is just opposite the new town bus stand and auto rickshaws are also available. The high rise gives a nice view as well. The roads connected are excellent.But a big problem which i observed is that the construction has pipeline problems for which the walls are damaged in the flats. This is a major problem which you cannot apprehend at the time of purchasing, but shows up a few years later.

Housing complex with a prime location. The housing complex itself serves as the local landmark. Well maintained complex. It has two banquet halls, diamond shaped field, Stage for hosting cultural events, Kids swimming pool. The only problem is the car parking as their are a lot of dependent car parking slots in the complex. The construction of the complex was stopped for 3 years due to environmental clearances which led to a delay in handover the property to the residences.

The hall is very small. Quite problematic it was to attend the wedding. The hall became too much crowded when the wedding started.

Best township and developing very fast with lots of open space for garden n public places for park and outdoor activities. Shopping malls are coming in that area. Airport connectivity is good

This is a huge residential complex, with many flats. Located right beside the main road(Biswa Bangla Sarani), it reduces the commuting hassles of the dwellers significantly. The flat prices are hence higher than whats expected. Best place to live in newtown, beside the main bus stand and very near to all major malls, clinics.

Very strategically located at the entrance of Newtown. All facilities are nearby. Ola and uber are easily available even during odd hours.

Layout and space in a 3 BHK with wardrobe is very good not so good for others. Of course compared to what is available in this neighbourhood. Only the apartments located in each end of building blocks is free from visual intrusion from neighbouring apartments others are not.There is a nagging defective waste water line issue resulting in seepage problem in each and every apartment. They supply salty ground water unfit for most of the things. One has to buy water for daily use. No swimming pool or club facility no safe children play area.Management is dominated by the Bengali people who indulges in groupism and quarralesome, absolutely disgusting people.Location is however very good but entry or exit during office hours is getting increasingly dangerous.

It is a housing complex situated by the side of New Town bus stand and near to Biswabangla sarani. Neat and clean area and reachable from all corners of Kolkata by Bus and other type of vehicular conveyance.

I live in here. Its a good complex for basically a family man. A good fraction of population of the complex is from different states and are mainly for their jobs here. As far as my concern many apartments are vacant. Every tower has four duplex apartments on their 14th floor. Theres one swimming pool and one community centre where people go in the evening to learn yoga and small girls to learn dancing. This complex celebrates many occasions and spends quite a bomb on some of them to invite Tollywood stars. Every evening small children and old people gather at the complex park to sit and talk and play. It is half an hour far from airport and it has got a local bus stand right infront of its entry gate from where quite a lot of local buses depart. Parking here is free for one car. And if you have two cars then you have to pay ₹700 for the second

My kids Paediatrician stays here. Maj (Retd) Verma. He is very good.

Eastern high is the residential complex in action area 1 in new town area.... its a lots of multi storied building where thousand of people resided....It is situated the opposite of new town bus stand, and adjacent to nazrul tirtha auditorium....

Just next to major arterial road makes it too noisy. I was not able to sleep well because of noise coming from the main road. Had to leave this God-Forsaken place finally.
