It is a well-known affordable housing complex in Barrackpore that supports the lifestyle of the individuals coming from different walks of life.

Built by the government agency CMDA, it is a vast area of apartments and/or blocks surrounded with greenaries and water body, playground, community hall, market etc. The area is well populated having a variety of people of almost from all professions and well protected, too with boundary wall with two main gates for entry and exit...one on the Barasat Barrackpore Road and the other on the Kalyani Express Way. Nearest railway station is Barrackpore. All the daily needs and facilities are available in its adjacent locality. The only plague is water logging during rain.

It is nice and well known place.Huge area surrounded by wall.With pond, playground and park it is nice place.They enjoy every occasions togetherly.

Water clogging everywhere. Worst drainage system. Please avoid this place if planning to buy a flat here.

A housing complex with every facility such as small market complex covers daily needs,swimming pool,puja mandap,community centre,as it is protected complex so it has security guards at the main entrance.for joggers benefit it has green lawn side walk.Festivals are celebrates here with joy and different social activities like song ,reciting competition etc.it is a good housing complex for midrange incom group.

It is a big housing complex situated at the crossing of Kalyani Express way and Barrakpore- Barasat road. It situated approximately 2.5 kilometer from Barrakpore railway station. This housing complex has several open fields, one swimming pool where swimming is taught. It also consists of a market, where all necessary grocery products can be found. The housing complex is well connected by bus, Auto, etc.

Place is quiet. Well maintained. Good for living in cheap cost.

Well planned place with natural beauty. Specially, a very beautiful pond is there inside the CMDA Nagar. Also it contains a very nice playground. I like the quiet nature of this place.

Nice place to live a peaceful life. One big water body, playground and park for kids are available inside the premises. One shopping complex is also there. Not very helpful but its okay during emergency. One ATM and one medical shop is very much required. Cant suggest everyone to have a visit because its a residential place. But those who got a chance like me are the lucky ones.😀

This place is awesome. Not only the ambiance but also the peoples out there. The committee members out there are too helpful and co-operative. I visitwd the place yesterday, met with the secretary and pther members of the society. Too co-operative indeed. We are going to held a few events during the pujas, the peoples are very helpful and the complex is too clean, neat and tidy. Very organised and planned housing complex. A must stay destination.

Its a housing complex built by KMDA. It has a swimming pool, kids playground, cricket playground, football playground, an auditorium hall, a market complex, and obviously lots of flats. Many cultural activities held here every year. Local Durga Puja is a great attraction for the residents here.

Situated near Wireless More on Kalyani Highway. This housing complex has covered a large area. But the flats are not so spacious and require maintenance. It also has water logging problem. Flats are available at very low price.

Beautiful peaceful colony..well managed..secure..have cc tv also installed everywhere..but during bit heavy rain,almost all roads get filled with water..rest have good drainage and dumping syst.have a swming pool inside with trainer.have fields, cricket training space,club,etc.
