One of my known is staying there and honestly speaking its a horrible place to stay. Reasons are as follows:-1. Fraudulent commitment from builder. Not finishing the project2. Incompetent staffs . Security guards are sleeping at night. Caretakers role is not defined; neither is his reporting time.3. No proper maintenance from builder and still asking huge rate for maintenance. When asked the reason for delay the builder is showing a monarchial attitude as if the owners are just staying on the builders mercyWell the list is just endless. in short my friend is simply staying in a mess. Hope my review would definitely assist them who might have thought once to purchase a flat there.

If you really want the value for your hard earned money then you shouldnt go for this project.. They do not follow any commitment of their own. And youll become totally frustrated after some point of time.Dont believe on their false promises and deadlines and please do not invest your money there.Im already suffering due to their non co-operation. So its my suggestion that nobody should go there

New complex but it is very interior from the main road. It is about 3-3.5km from main road. Water logging is the biggest problem. Transportation problem is also there. For getting an auto rickshaw you have to walk for about 10mins. Only good thing is that you will get good view from balcony and sunrise view will be seen very beautifully.

Nice place but no nearby shops , need to keep a good stock of snacks

This is an average society for people to stay in. And is conveniently located near Garia
