Design and construction quality is good, but neighborhood standard is horrible. Building maintenance by Aspirations Group is very bad, there is some legal dispute with building CC (completion Certificate) from Corporation. Though building was complete in 2018, they have provided CC belonging to 2014. Mutation not done for a single flat till date. Builder has also failed to complete exit gate in over 2 years due to land dispute. There is regular traffic jam right in front of the apartment and frequent political and religious meeting with loud microphones. The building doesnt even have CCTV. Think before buying a flat here.

Extremely good society and neighbors inside the society. All daily necessities shops close by.

Excellent area, Beautiful society-including swimming pool, multigym, indoor game room, community hall, childrens park etc.Also the Narayanpur bazar and nearby market is super, having all the required necessities.
