Good residential condominium awaiting finishing touches... Price wise very attractive... Advise those who want to own an accommodation near Rajarhat should seriously consider purchasing

A very long wait to get the possession, due to various circumstances posed by the builder. But at last got the possession. Transformer is still not installed. Quality of material is standard. Delivery is a big problem, mostly due to cash crunch, un-kept promises. But the CEO has the willingness to finish the project ASAP, which is a big possitive. Support staff and Customer service is very bad. Customer emails are never answered, calls are taken sometimes but not so reliable. However another big plus is the person(lawer) who helps with the possession formalities, very hardworking person. He picks up calls and keeps the promises as much as possible. Without the stepping-in of the CEO and this gentleman, I would not have been able to get the possession completed. Lot of buyers have stopped paying due to bad customer service. I think this area needs to be seriously looked into.
