The promoter has an extremely bad reputation of substandard construction and not delivering flat on time.They have not paid vendors even small amounts. Even small amounts of Rs 15,000 is not deposited.How can a promoter who cannot arrange Rs15,000 can deliver flat on time?

Price is on the higher side for such under develop place.
