Complex area is vast and its filled with all modern amenities, its in under construction tho. I dont know how the final result will be. One thing I didnt like is the distance from the main entrance to the building. Its more than 300m or so. People who would be living are going to face issues with visitors, who dont have cars and have knee problems. The management is very good and efficient.

Everything has been so good since I booked my 2BHK at 11th floor on 31st August20.Only thing is the handover date that was committed April22 during my booking... Construction status is at per with the agreement made. With this speed I am hopeful for Oct 22 delivery. But at this point I feel they should also started a bit of landscaping mainly the tree plantings so that by the time we move into the project it shouldnt be like just a concrete jungle devoid of greenery and shades. They are fooling people. They are not able to sell their project also no guarantee of hand over!! 5:95 is an exit strategy by PS as they will not be associated with vinayak anymore. Thus its Vinayak 102 not Ps 102. Also, think if they are not paying interest to the bank then Customers civil score will be affected. Go for a brand nearby..keep your eyes open! Good developers are around you who have good name in the country!!

First of all.. there’s this guy in PS Group who talks like a professional gunda with customers.. I don’t know his name but i would advise anyone who is thinking to invest in this project to have a second thoughts.. when the sales person talks like a gunda and humiliate the customers then there’s no hope at all in this project.. stay away from this this 102 project.. PS Group is a very reputable brand but because of lowlife gundas like this that doesn’t even know how to talk to customers I’m sure it will hurt the brand name. Buyers please be aware of this.

I would recommend this property as one of the best in Joka area, I personally visited the site and they have described each and every aspect of their property. On my way to Amtala, visited The 102 project where Mr. Surojit meet in the project office and welcomed me & my wife. Such a way he has briefed us about the project & amenities will be provided by PS group influenced us so much. As a result, we bound to cancel a booked property with Rajat Avante beside Joka metro and made a fresh booking with The 102 as he told that distance not a factor as free transport facilities up to metro station is one of the amenities. Due to Covid-19 pandemic, possession get delayed by few months, otherwise its a amazing pocket friendly project for the middle income group people.

I am planning to book a 2bhk flat but I am very much concerned about the possibility of having possession on 2022 October with all the provision fulfilled, they r building total 11towers out of which only few towers have came up till date.Now the question arise if the basic amenities like grocery shop , pharmacy shop etc etc doesnt come up with the ongoing project according to their promise life will be little difficult

At first thanks PS group for a such wonderful project THE 102@joka. I was little disappointed that I was plan to visit site and book on earlier of 2020, due to Covid 19 situation I was unable to come Kolkata, hence I cant book flat till now. Meanwhile i was informed that flat price was increased from September 20. Considering the current covid situation Price increment should be waive off/ can be postponed.
