Got the review from one of my friend who is currently staying in Riya Gitanjali. After knowing the facts about this Condominium complex I am not at all convinced to buy a property built by Riya Projects.People are trying to re-sell there flats who have purchased by mistake but are not getting any customers to resale because of the poor reviews from the existing residents.Kindly get the feedback from the current residents if you are planning to buy a flat in this complex.

Location is a disadvantage. Situated in Barrackpore- Barasat road. Its okay for people who are more concerned about peaceful ambience and less on connectivity with main city.

Nothing special about the project. How can riya think that a common person will purchase flat over there for 19 lacs. It is in very interior from barrackpore station approximately 20 to 25 mins in auto and the same in bus. The most dissapointing fact is spending 19 to 20 lacs rupees you have to stay in panchyat area as the project is falling under panchyat area. Disliked it very much.

The place is good and the projects is also very attractive.The Riya representative have to sit and promote their bussiness as N k representatives are frequent changed.All staff members are very good and co operative.This place will be best when proposed Metro will come at Barackpur and this projects will be best project in Barakpur in future.i loved this project and wish this project be a excellent housing project.
