This place is nice but u may not feel much spacious if u enter the premises with ur car like other well known residential projects in kolkata , the swimming pool is not so deep or large but it has a good room for recreation and other activity rooms. Overall it is good and well maintained till date

The club is awesome. But the buildings doesnt have any garbage chutes. And the residence doesnt have any garbage dumping area. That will be an issue in future

Public transport communication is a huge problem,coslty rate and this is far away from kolkata

Poor response in reselling through builder. No responsibility of registration which is quite surprising.

Construction is near to completion. Still big dirty khatal & lots of cattles are beside project gate,which is really very unhealthily surrounding.
