A very unprofessional and non-transparent cooperative. We tried to buy an apartment here, and both the owner and the broker, after making false promises, simply disregarded pur calls and texts. We wasted quite a bit of time and realised it’s a vain pursuit. Would recommend interested buyers to avoid looking here and wasting their time and energy.

I went to to work here and observed to many good things here all the rooms are very biga playground in the middle of the buildings and very good nature.I liked the ground too much and a small children park inside😊24hours security and polite guard.Lifts are there and noise free habitationPure , pollution free airVery good place 👍

I love this housing complex. My aunts are staying here since my childhood. It has such a cozy and friendly atmosphere, surrounded by greenery. There is a fountain inside the complex and also a playground and park for kids. Its quite safe for everyone. They celebrate various annual festivities, Durga Puja being the largest grandeur. In a word, its a great place to live

The Neelachal housing co-operative society is something that I see very rare.....They are HELPFUL...I live here and can give you many reasons why to choose this place as your perfect dream place -------1) It is located exactly on the main road of Kasba...2) Starting from Bazar till the newspaper man and the sweeper, everything is available inside this enormous complex....3) If you have a pet (be it a cat, dog, rabbit or anything) this place is perfect for you as it is pet friendly, conducts exciting events for your pets (like the pet pool splash) and 65 percent of the families here have pets....And above all theres a Gym, a childrens play area, a ground and the beautiful buildings...Note: This building was constructed in The 1980s , so the quality of the white buildings are quite strong and are built to be proned to earthquakes.....

Well maintained spread out apartments. But lot of space wastage in design. Two big staircases in each block must have been added to the built up area. Non wheel chair friendly apartments.

This apartment is situated on the main road. Within 2km has a police station, college, Gariahat market, Ballygunge Railway station, doctors clinic, Hospital, Acropolis Mall, Gitanjali Stadium. So no problem of traffic. And that Abasan is really well maintained. Very well

Good community, built probably around year 1998-2000. A huge waterbody used to be here, but now white buildings. Society is well maintained and the best part is the keenness to drive cultural programmes - which truly builds a harmony in diversion. Also, its located close to every possible needs like Hospital, Pharmacy, Malls, Restaurants etc.

Very accessible. Right next to Acropolis Mall. Hospitals including Desun and Ruby are also nearby. Kolkatas main thoroughfare, Gariahat, is only 10 minutes auto or bus ride away. Good public transport connectivity, too. Complex has 24 hours security also. Nice playground for kids also.
