Can anyone please tell if the Panache apartment in Maheshbathan, Kolkata get the smell from Dhapa or the fishery nearby?

Can anyone suggest ,, do we gets the bad smell from dhapa like kolkata biggest dumping ground is very near by,, I was wondering if the bad smells come or not if we live in Merlin 5th Avenue.

Someone Told me this is near Dhapa Landfill and waste disposal ground. Couldnt believe it. But unfortunately it is. Dreams shattered i guess :(

Location is good... Close to Sector 5,Salt lake.. IT Hub... Roads are broad and well planned

Booked a flat 2 years back with a big expectation, as was explained by the sales person at that time - the area will get developed, roads will be widened and get connected to EM Bypass, surrounding lakes will be beautified in line with Nalban Bheri etc. but do not see any of these happening as of now.However the construction work is progressing pretty fast and the building is expected to be completed before time, quality of construction is good, builder is transparent in financial matters. All flats seems to have been sold. From long term investment point of view not a bad decision but have bought it with an intent to live as the area have the natural potential to be developed to a very beautiful surrounding.

A dream being bong and inhabitant of Kolkata is being underway. A well thought construction Merlin’s 5th Avenue, a place would be watched out for coming years. In my wish list, Major Arterial Road to connect with EMBPass in coming 2 -3 years to unlock the value chain. Till then fingers remain crossed.

Location is near sector 5.. but watch out for markets.. sorrounded by Sapporji factory complex...
