There are 2 phases. Phase 1 was completed 2014-15 and phase 2 will complete by end of 2020.Phase 1 flats are more spacious than phase 2 flats.There is a huge podium in the middle. It is elevated podium and in the height of upper basement. It looks wonderful from the top as you can see from the pictures. There is a huge swimming pool, community hall, playground, kids toys, garden, lakes, fountains, outdoor activity area and outdoor activity tools like parrallelobar and other tools for exercising. The podium is connected to all the towers. Below the podium that is the ground floor is the parking area. There is ample parking space and ample space to jog. Just beside the huge complex is DLF Newtown heights and opposite of it is Sukhobristi by Shapoorji Pallonji. There is a an upcoming property called Soul by PS Group which is under construction and expected to give hand over by 2023.There is a shopping market around 10 to 15 mins walk from the property to buy vegetables and fruits and other necessities. There is plaza also where there are some restaurants, sweet shops, liquor store, stationery shop and Spencers.

Almost everything, good service, excellent rooms, good beds and fully equiped and up to standard. The hospitally was amazing above all they have their own club gyms pool.Amazing place to stay and live a comfortable living.

Fabulous architecture. Engineer has constructed a Podium over the parking area just for space management. That podium artificial pond, cricket ground, swimming pool, outdoor gym, park are present. Good security system. Individual security facilities for individual blocks. Besides 2 outdoor lawn tennis courts have been constructed. Great place to live for bachelors as well as family also. No restrictions regarding the time when you enter or leave the flat. King size rooms are there with a Jacuzzi in one bathroom. Two rooms have attached laterine bathroom and one room have separate for the guest. Open kitchen is available in 3 bhk flat. And only one balcony is present attached to the drying room only. And the view from the balcony is absolutely amazing. I cant explain in words that how beautiful it looks at night. There is space for the society functions also inside the area. Swimming pool is also there for the people. I just Loved it.

Luxurious apartment in Newtown. Currently I am living here, its been 5 months or so. Garden is the best part of this society, you get a covered parking in ground floor and garden is in the first floor. Have gym, swimming pool, tennis court, childrens play area etc.

I have been at the 19th floor n at the 27th even... Ofc the scenery is mesmerizing! Really loved the place, the security team are really helpful and the place, the compound is always maintained!! They have a good parking lot and a good community hall that can be used for occasions.. The lifts are also maintained and once inside you would feel it to be a whole new world! Loved and liked the place a lot!!!

Visited many times as my elder brother have rented a flat there. The whole ground floor of the society is the parking lot. Above that they have their clubs, gyms, gardens, swimming pools, fish tanks and other decorative stuffs. The ambiance is very charming. In the club along with other gaming items they have billiard boards. The gym is well equipped. People of the society is very friendly and polite. Their security system is very much appreciable. But there is room for improvement of behavior of the security personnel.

Don’t take the 14-902 and 14-802, on rent. The owner is a thief. He deducted 90% of our security deposit.For the general maintenance that the owner is supposed to do. He blamed us for the seepage.And the discolouration of the walls which he has not painted in over 5 years.He will talk sweet to you. Don’t fall for it.

Some residents and security guards harass tenants and even other apartment owners, terrible place to live, the security guards are too lazy to register people in and then accuse residents of having unregistered guests. Would not recommend, terrible experience.
