Huge apartment area. Beautiful garden. Good views from the rooms.

Its been 4 years we have shifted here. The place looked amazing with spacious rooms and well maintained greenery surrounding it. But in the past few years it seems I live inside a fish market or maybe a construction site. The first year staying here there was a noise problem because of a park opposite to our building always kept hosting random events with extremely loud music there were political gathering held there. Now for the past 2 years there is construction work going in the flat right below us. Even the noise proof windows we installed are of no help. The sound is unbearable. My grandmother is old she is bedridden and that kind of sound is not good for someone her age. We have complained time and again about this problem but the authorities seems to be least interested. The sound is making each and every member of our family sick. My brother and I being students have experienced problem studying here. Not at all a good place to stay.

Ekta heights is a very good and well organized complex.

Great place , great ambience , we conducted an event with the residents.

Ekta Heights has Suraksha Diagnostic Labs in the ground floor. Good parking facility, Even hand pulled rickshaws can be parked here.Jio service centre is in 2nd floor.ICICI Bank is in 1st floor

Whenever I think of Ekta Heights, I wonder would the name have been any different if it had been Unity Heights or Ekta Uchaiyya or Ekta Attalika or something of that sort. I wonder while looking up if the view would be any different from the top than it is when I am looking from down below. Truly, it is a perplexing question.

Meeting us to show us around the apartment. Wonderful comfy beds and good shower was all we needed. What a welcome! She could not have been friendlier or more helpful - also breakfast at her brother’s place The Stage Door around the corner was fantastic. Complimentary cappuccinos and hot water bottles .... what more could you ask for. Superb location, right in the centre of Temple Bar with all the buzz and excitement before a rugby match. We will be back and thank you so much x

Not recommended to go for Jio fiber trial. Its been one year they took back the device. I havent received my refund. No one is there to help.

You can get a different society within its boundary over here other than the actual society.. those people used to live within this boundaried society..they are happy with this.. no club culture..no adda at rock of home..no social gatherings... Only money talks here.

Nice apartment complex. Well secured. Have ample parking space. The South block lift has very odd technology which is very dangerous. Should be replaced immediately.

The total area of the project with respect to number of flats are quite congested. Though there are some extra facility and the position of site also good. But I dont like personally.

Its a mostly commercial place and also have residential area. Its a qutie Big complex near baghajatin more. It comes before baghajatin more signal while coming from jadavpur. IN this complex there is an ATM and some commercial office like times education and many more. Also have car parking facility inside the complex

Good location, on Raja S C Mullick Road. Market, bank, atm, shopping mall and hospitals are near by.Flats are good and well maintained considering it is a 12 year old appartmemt. Lots of open space with a well maibtained garden.

There is a Jio service center here... They first did not share the correct address.... Then when went there they asked me to come another day... This continued for few weeks... Finally the warranty is over and they want me to pay for the repair of JioPhone.... Beware of the frauds working here and if possible ignore the place
