No waiting place and not allowed to entry in front gate . Sending to back gate where is also no waiting place all people staying in roads where is also dustbine area . There security person also so rude who is staying in front of gate I just suprise for few security person behaviour . Another big surprise is inside of psk representative are forced to candidate for pay Rs 500 for lather cover. Please 🙏 increase your service.

I was not aware of the token system they have, instead of explaining they said you will never get passport in your life. Not only that, they cancelled my slot and told me to go out and come again after waiting for 10-15 min when your token is called again. I have never seen such a filthy people, treating common people so badly. There APO is not ready to listen. God can only do justice with these people 😔. This is the side effect of government servant, they dont deserve job or respect.

Just opposit of Ruby Hospital Es bypass..service is very fast with in 20 minute all process is done compleately..reallyyyy awesome service provide there on just follow the onstruction on TV

It is regional passport office of Kolkata beside Ruby General Hospital. When you will apply for the passport you will get a time there in the print you have to visit the office at that time. After that they will give you the token number and then you have visit three counters A-> B->C to issue your passport. It has two entries but they allow to visit from backside. Here you get limited parking area if it is full you have to park outside.

Feeding room available.No parking space inside. Back side entrance sometime flood with sewage.also that road is one way hence be careful

Tower is very good. High security, net and clean, but lack of places. Visitors or guardians are not allowed inside the tower except emergency case. They have to wait under open sky for hours which is disgusting. Inside the tower everything is very good. All are very helpful.

The passport office is located in the ground floor of this building. Owing to the security all the people have to stand out under the scorching sun or even under the rain. People are called per their batch and sequence number and allowed to enter the main gate. Once you enter you wait for your turn to get the token which the only wait time which can extend upto an hour or so but after that the work is so fast that you complete all the formalities in less than 15 minutes. I would say the suggested time window is very good. Reaching a little late can do provided your batch hasnt been allotted token yet inside. I would request the authority to include a prayer spot so that Muslims can pray as the time window for some of the prayers are small and we dont want to miss it.

Akash Tower is located in the Ruby More.... Ruby general Hospital is in the right side of it.... The Gateway Hotel is in the opposite of the building and in the left side is Fortis Hospital..... No direction of what to do, you have to figure it out all by yourself, like as if you are coming here everyday! Rude people on desks. If you wait for your friend on the side or come to attend even when your number is showing they will harass you just because they have not finished their work of the previous person.But outlooking these bad things the process is very fast.Only the first desk takes time then only a tick ✔️ will be given by the others.First desk are the salesmen they are selling you the passport cover,,,,,, dont buy it......its useless.And dont enable the sms system you have to pay 50 for that useless thing, you can check status of your passport on their website. Sms is much slower than the website tracking system.

Passport Seva Kendra is located here. To enter from back side (no entry permission from front gate), one has to go towards Anandapur, then turn left after Ruby General Hospital ends. There will be many people outside the gate & the security guard will call by the batch number. And once inside, I was out within 15-20 minutes. They will not waste your time if your documents are clear.

This building is popularly know as passport office as it houses the Kolkata Passport Seva Kendra. Has all the basic amenities but parking is a major problem. If you are visiting this place, its better not to take your bike or car. It can be very easily located from the main road.

This is a corporate building situated just beside Ruby hospital.Many companies like Passport office Tatasky Dabur office is there in this building.The view is very bad with ambulances all over and deadbodies.Moreover not a good place and vibes to work here in this building

There is Passport Seva Kendra at ground floor. I have been there for appointment of passport.Inside the building, its full ac. There are 4 steps for passport process. Token -> sec A -> sec B -> secC -> exit. Proper seating arrangement in all the sections. Restroom facilities available inside and outside of the building. Every day more than 1500 peoples passport application has been processed.

Kolkata passport Seva Kendra. Conveniently located besides EM Bypass. Accessing the building is tough though for commoners, no waiting shed and gate is poorly managed. Not expected from a vital govt. agency.

Line open by Batch number basis ( like first 18 then 19...22 etc) ( opportunity to senior person to avoid the line but situation basis ) separate toilet avilable. Food, Water,X-erox, print out avilable out of the Tower. In passport office three part verification process and very quick service. See your token no on TV/LED screen and go to your desk.

I went there to the PSK office. The place is very good. and the staffs are excellent.

Service provided by TCS.Overall behaviour was satisfactory but not on time somehow.BTW you have to use the back entrance of Aakash Tower to enter the PSK though they have a front entrance.It would take a few minutes to process the documents,but in case of me they though gave my time on 12:45 ,allowed me to enter after 1:30.

The passport facility kolkata is there in this building. There are no waiting place outside the building. All need to wait on a open road on this scorching heat and humid summer in kolkata. Inside there is scarcity of place. There is no man management system hence people start waiting in queue and there is no adequate place to sit and wait for the turn though every body should stay nearly 2hrs for whole system completed.In a sentence exp is bad.

The Passport Seva Kendra entrance on the rear, is worst. With sewage flowing on the road, and no waiting area, the stench heat and dirt makes, waiting in the queue a cumbersome experience.
