Excellent housing complex with modern amenities.

Nice building scheme but it is so conjuncted for resident.

If you are willing to buy a flat here and have come to know about this property via property selling apps then let me share my experience. The information they provided online is completely a bait as they themselves agreed to this when asked upon the mismatch of the features that they provided online and the ones in reality. Its all about attracting clients by any means. Only 3/5 towers are ready to be inhabited. And out of all the flats only 3/4 residents are staying in the entire construction. Also you will be charged for a bunch of things other than just the per sq ft price of the flats. Also only 2/3 flats are left to be sold while online you will get 8/10 adds of the flats available for sale in that property.

There is a pond beside the project where people throw garbages. Very un- healthy environment.

I have visited this Project in March,2018.Project itself is very good with lots of amenities.But project location (near Airport 2.5 no. gate) is little distant from main market area.Although it is near to Jessore road(only 6-8 minutes by walking), Inside communication through internal roads is not so good.Only hand driven few rickshaws are available ready to chop your neck by claiming abnormal high prices for small distances.

The place is really beautiful, the planning of the buildings are really thoughtful. They skywalk will be the real attraction of this place. I love this place

Flats available at affordable rates.... Calm locality... Good place for living.....

We had visited this place to check for 3bhk flats.Its location is somewhat ok because its close to airport and is well connected to Bally.But I wouldnt suggest such a place for flats because its inside a narrow lane and I dont know how they got permission for building complex because there is no space for fire brigade in case there is a break out of fire.Very unsafe in that perspective.
