Houses, houses and houses only. Narrow streets only 2cars can cross each other with difficulty. No parks, trees there, calm as main road with immense traffic at a distance.

Flats in the Multi storied buildings of the housing complex are fit for highly happy living. The sight sceneries from the flats soothes the mind of the residents and fresh air blowing from outside refresh. The security inside the complex is praiseworthy.

Though its in a good location, the buildings are not maintained properly. Thorough repair is needed. Pruning of trees are also essential. The community centre is of no use and the managament office looks like an old dilapidated government office

This is a very good housing complex.

Location is good, community is also good but buildings are not in good shape due to poor maintenance. Cracks appeared at multiple places and overall cleanliness is very poor. When compared with other complexes in the same are, this is the most poorly maintained complex

A very well known and highly popular residential area. The place is frequently visited by many and is very well maintained and very well located. It is a wonderful place to visit. The visitors have separate car parking slots. The place is just adjacent to the Eastern Metropolitan Bypass Kolkata and is near to the Ruby General Hospital. The place is very easily accessible by any means of public transport like buses, cab and auto services. The staff are friendly and helpful and welcoming. The neighbouring area of the residential complex includes Avishar Shopping Mall and Spencers. It lies beside RUCHIRA RESIDENCY.

Good place

It is a housing project on Eastern Metropolitan Bypass (EM Bypass). It is very close to Ruby General Hospital. It is a well known housing project having well maintained and clean surroundings. The residents can even opt for their own parking spaces. Also very easily accessible by public transport.

Nice place. But recently due to low maintenance the trees have almost covered till the second floor (which obviously is not a good experience for the people living there). Otherwise the society is fine. Good people. Good atmosphere.

Decently maintained community, with close proximity to upcoming Metro station. Ample parking space, proper security, childrens park, jogging track, lots of greenery.

Location is very good but there is zero maintenance -community hall is full of cracks -car bay is very narrow -big sub cars cant reach every where-over prices flats

Once the metro work gets complete the connectivity shall be even better, perhaps more stronger than ever. Overall a good place to stay

It is one of the oldest and most well known housing complexes in the city. Has been an important landmark for all people commuting through the EM Bypass.

Lovely location, easily communicable, good over all

Its a superb gated community with parks and parkings for all. The only issue is the water supply. The high amount of iron chokes the life away

Avishikta is a housing complex located on the E.M. Bypass. It consists of over 250 flats. It also has parking facilities both for residents and visitors.

This is a fantastic housing complex. The place is fine and costly.

It is a big housing complex comprising 358 flats of different types like ABCDE type. E type building is 12th floor , BCD type buildings are 10th floor and A type buildings are 4th floor . A community hall and central park also in this complex.
